I waited 15mins get help one girl was helping them and other employee in back washing dishes she should of help Me she went back to washing dishes customer always first manger please call me came today at 433 pm 5/4/25 and only 1 employee was working had a long line this are unacceptable and shame on this location I waited 25 mins you should always have 2 to 3 people working at all times specifically the weekend she said the other person on break I want general manger to call me and they out of waffle bowls and cones this are 3rd time they ran out then I ask her to male 2 waffle bowls she said it would take hours that was a lie the guy made 3 last time and it took him 15 mins none of your employees should lie to customers this are the worst location very...

Not as quality as I remember when I was a teenager, but that might just be nostalgia shock. They used to be really big on creativity of flavors, now it's just a half a dozen generic options, one weird new special (currently Lucky Charms, eww), and a fairly decent make-your-own-ice-cream selection. So Cold Stone Creamery is definitely a lot more boring than it used to be 20 years ago when it was making Ice Cream flavors inspired by films like Chicago.
