GameStop — Local services in Sacramento

I walking around outside the mall then decide to go inside to buy a game or something in game stop for my boyfriend's birthday next year. well I saw these kids walking around in front of the store but when they walked in the worked was mean glaring them as if they going to steal their items. I lying to the worker telling her I'm babysitting these kids she goes beside the counter still staring rudely at these young teen boys. the teenager boys thought I was following them & got me kicked out over a lie of the boys when I all was trying to do was buy a toy for my collection & for my boyfriend. First I need to say that I love Gamestop and I shop at every Gamestop that I see but I will never shop at this Gamestop stop again. My experience was so bad that I might not every shop at that Mall ever again.

The card reader was down no biggie I have Cash. I only have Quarters and my bill is $20 and I tell the worker this and he said ok so I walk back down stairs to get them. I attempt to pay and now he said he can't take the Quarters. I remember I returned something and I have store credit so I ask to use that. Sorry not today.

WORST GAMESTOP...

Went to gamestop in Arden fair mall on 02/28/2020 I spent $70 on two games. I left with Call of duty modern warfare and borderlands3 all was good until today 02/29/2020 when I went to play COD and the box was empty. I paid $70 for two games and Ashley the cashier only gave me one. There were about three other employees just standing behind the counter doing nothing.
