Was told to get to the tire center at 9:45 on Sunday to get our new tire put on and our spare taken off. There was a door that we would use to get to the tire service at that time. I got there early and got in line at that door. Several other people arrived too as they were told the same thing. Tire employees showed up and went in through the car stall garages and we're aware of us in a line. 9:45 came and went. Some other customer came out from the front main entrance and said there were some power issues so they wouldnt open up till 10. Odd for there to be very specific 15 min power issues, but whatever. We knock several times leading up till 10. 10 comes and goes and finally some guy comes out of the stall and announces they do not open early on Sunday. He is sorry another employee had told all of us separately that they would be open at 9:45 (no reference to any power event). He then tells us we can't come in that door and have to go to the main entrance. Going that way put us behind all of the rest of the customers. I went from being at the front of a line at the door we were told to show up at to behind 15-20 people inside the store. I left and called back to make an appointment and complain. The person on the phone mentioned it was a computer issue and that they do nomally open at 9:45. So 3 separate employees all have different stories. Either they don't open at 9:45, there was a power issue, there was a computer issue, and that they do normally open at 9:45. Why not come out and communicate to the customers and let us know this door would not be opened early? They saw us there. Why at 10 did they make us go all the way around to the main entrance? Obviously people can enter this door as the man I spoke to on the phone told me to go to that door on Monday. Very frustrating experience and I would not recommend to anyone to get their tires or service from...

I got my tires rotated and knew it would be a bit of a wait so I walked around and closer to the time of my automobile being ready I did my shopping, while checking out I was starving so I added a slice of pizza to grab on the way out. The lines were long per usual for pick up and it was a bit of a jumble (theres a few people clustered in groups, some in those motorized shopping chairs so the lines weren’t well defined) I thought I was in the prepaid line, as I got closer and the lines became better defined I realized I was in the CASH only line. I looked behind me to see if I could switch but of course the line was extremely long and I have already been at the store for 3 hours, I figure well I have already paid for it, I can show the guy my receipt and apologize for being in the incorrect line. I inform the guy my realization and my mistake, and he just stares at my receipt and then tells me that I need to pay closer attention, it’s not that hard when the lines are labeled. And I agreed and apologized but also let him know that when there’s 20 people in each line and everyone’s moving around it was hard for me to decipher which was which when I thought I was in the correct one. He then proceeds with “do you understand why you need to pay attention?” And at this point I’m flustered and embarrassed that he’s talking to me like a child! I was embarrassed, hungry and probably overstimulated, I’m not sure if he needed a break or was overstimulated as well but if I give you good energy it would be nice to have the same energy back. Anyways. Can I suggest...
Read moreNice store. Lots of parking, which is needed since there's always a lot of people who unfortunately seem to forget all the rules of how to function in a crowd. Not sure how people make it to a store and suddenly think it's a good idea to leave a full cart in the isle while they walk away, or to leave it right at the entrance/exit of an isle, blocking the way, while they talk. That's just a problem with people though, not the store itself. Well stocked and clean. Organization is decent but always have issues using the self checkout. Generally takes less time to just go to a cashier than mess with them unless you only have a couple of items. And for some reason this store never has boxes available at the self checkout section to put all your stuff in, so you have to go to a regular checkout and grab some from them anyway. They give all the big, usable ones to them and the self checkout only gets tiny or broken ones. Also would be nice if he isles were just 6 inches wider. Since no one knows how to function, there's often a person on each side of the isle abandoning their cart while they look around and there's just slightly not enough room to get a cart between two others in an isle. Honestly these stores should have lines painted on the floors and traffic lights...
