Costco Food Court — Restaurant in Sacramento

Went to visit food court at 645pm had no ice for fountain drink machine then where ketchup is was dirty then they had alot of cars parked in red zone and that's Hazzard District patrol sitting right there and did not do anything and it's always like rhat they let people park in red zone and that's not ok it also block people to walk across office security patrol need to do their job it's ridiculous and food court you should always have ice in those machine and you all need to have someone keeping the ketchup station clean that's nasty need to do a better job and the Security patrol need to do their job stop letting people park on side of red zone to order their food and picking up they all need to go park in a parking stall came here today food court very dirty where ketchup are and no ice and one of machine and other barley coming out it should always be ice in both machines and the ketchup station need to stay clean it's always dirty and drink station someone need to stay on of that always you will lose alot of customers mangers get it together get your staff on top of it 12/14/23 Ridiculous came back on 12/20/23 was out of ice on one side very dirty need to be clean at all times catch up was out was dirty something need to be done it ridiculous everytime I come it's like that and was out of napkins get your staff on board and get stocked up and get this food court clean I'm going to call health dept came back today 12/29/23 snd it was dirty again and drink machine was out ridiculous it's always something someone need to keep this area clean and relish was out and always dirty mangers get it together get your staff together the supervisor for food need to be replace seriously it's always dirty drink station and ketchup station nasty all the time they got wrong message fir food lines cash only and prepaid line very confusing very bad Customer service and mangement should be a shame this are worst location it need to change you are going to loose alot of customers if you all don't keep it clean soda station and ketchup Station nasty always like that and their rude need a whole new staff with good customer service 5/6/2024 this are worst location food court are always dirty ridiculous get new Manngement and keep this food court clean always so dirty 6/10/24 need to be close down rude bad...

I ordered 7 pizza's 1 day in advance, even called to confirm day of pickup. The rep on phone seemed like she was in rush and hung up while I was still speaking. Upon arrival for pickup I wanted to add 1 additional pizza they said it would be 45 mins wait so I did not order extra one because I didn't want to wait. They didn't have my 7 pizza's ready waited almost 50 mins if I knew would've ordered 1 more that I wanted. When we went to serve pizza's found out they were not cut properly. It was horrible pizza slices wouldn't separate and when we tried to separate by ripping them apart most of cheese separated from other parts of pizza. Ordered pizza, was told "30 minutes". Showed up and paid 33 minutes later, told "10 minutes" checked after 20 minutes of waiting in the cold "10 more minutes". Seriously, Costco, you do understand how time works, right? It took 64 minutes total. Then they gave one person the wrong pizza. Get the pizza and it is overcooked. Took it anyway because I have places to go and I don't have time to sit around waiting for them to remake it.
