Edit: got my food and my fries are soggy and burnt and gross!!!

Ordered online and didn’t get a confirmation. Charged my bank account and showed them the Wells Fargo charge. Talked to some joke of a “manager” named Edward who said his result manager would be in tomorrow but wouldn’t give me her name so I knew who I should be talking to. Edward said this is personal information. Hate to tell ya Edward but when you sign up to be a manager and people ask for there name you have to give it to them. What a joke of a store will never go here again I’m glad there’s another one close by. You’ve lost me and my family of 6 as customers hope corporate appreciates that. No wonder this place has 3.9...

Was craving wings and I've only had wingstop 3 times all times being trash. I decided to give it another try due to it being a new store opening and saw a new review saying to try it before it turns bad. Gave it a try got boned-in wings and a chicken sandwich overall the food did taste a lot fresher and better than the other times I've had it but overall I think wingstop itself is just completely trash. The chicken itself does not compete with any other chicken stop as I literally had to drench my entire food in ranch to even enjoy eating it. Employees are unsure how to read the orders. I thought that by going to a different Wing Stop outside of my area, my experience would be much better than in my own area, however I was wrong. I order my food how I like it, and I expect it to be right. My fries were soggy with no seasoning. I said extra crispy with extra seasoning. Chicken sandwiches were soggy and thrown together.
