Today something wondeful happened. Barista "Issi" took my order for a Blond Dark Hot Coffee, cup of ice, and doggie treat. Then I went to my purse and realised that I had left my wallet in my mothers rehab hospital closet right down the road. Exhausted after twenty two days of being next to my mother through terrible pain, sleeping in a chair, and 24/7 being near her in recovery. Issi saw in my face my exhaustion and reacted to my situation by saying, Please don't worry, take the coffee and relax and rest. Today was the first day I walked my dog since my mothers fall. And I despertly needed to get away from the stress of the hospital like facility for my self. Issi's humanity showed bright. And, this is the reason I normally give my business to Starbucks in my town of Modesto, but today at the Expodition Starbucks next to Costco, I am so thankful that someone that doesn't even know me, was so kind. 3:00 pm still here resting...

I waited over 5min to place my order, at this time I was the only one standing in line & not acknowledged at all by either of the 2 employees at the front counter. After waiting I spoke up...i attempted to place my order & the male employee told me not to be rude (mistake number one) & when I asked him to repeat himself he proceeded to say "you can either stop being rude & we'll make your drink or you can leave"... I usually go to this location in the morning & the employees in the morning are awesome. Whoever taught the afternoon employees about customer service did it WRONG. needless to say I left without my drink & without any kind of apology for the rude service I was actually...
Read moreHello my name is Dominic Ramos, I just left the drive and it is the second time now that the same young Hispanic gentleman referring to me as "GUY" in the drive through has kept my ATM card in his possession without returning it with no accountability given . When I asked to speak to the site supervisor she was very short blaming the second instance with the same employee on me as the customer with no apology given whatsoever, for Starbucks being such a large corporation and expectations for service standards for there employees I expected this matter to be handled way more professional, especially with the high rates of fraud incidents for situations as such, I believe at this point management needs to be questioned and held to accountability.
