Before I provide my review people shall know this is a warehouse type Grocery store for door dash orders. You can't shop here unless it's online or the app. Orders may be picked up by customers, but items are overpriced because of the convenience factor of it being delivered. They do offer clearance prices for expiring items on a separate app. Now, I was worried about ordering here because of the reviews from various people, but know that employees are replaced in time and improving customer service takes place. I've ordered about 5 or six times and am glad to report that service was friendly and at times there was a wait. The order isn't pulled until the customer comes to pick up. People are walking around behind the counter and help customers as soon as they are seen. No one has ever been rude or disrespectful towards myself or anyone else in my presence. Rang it again, no answer. Rang it the third time, no answer. Saw two people in the store but they were just shopping for orders. They saw me and just kept on filling their orders. What the heck? At least you could have come to the front and told us wait a moment instead of leaving people standing at the counter. I finally just knocked on the windows and someone came to the counter.
