They are the worst company, bad and terrible service, I sent 6 emails to my agent, of which he never responded to any email and he did not call me back either, when I called "Customer Service" (They have no knowledge of the service), they always tell me they said their agent is busy or not available, zero proactivity for anyone who took the call to make a minor change in the system and the worst, they respond rudely and hang up the call (that's not nice from these people at all) zero friendliness, zero proactivity, zero good customer service, zero diligence in resolving a simple system change, zero education. The worst is that they use a threatening tone, not very friendly or polite, they forget that they are talking to their client. If you are reading this message I suggest that you do not hire this company, you will have a bad experience and even worse, now that I want to cancel my insurance policy, I have to go in person to the nearest local office, which can be done by phone.    Read moreMy wife just recently stopped using freeway assurance about a month ago she started using freeway insurance using an SR22 within that month they attempted to over charge my wife 3 times and when I called them on it one of the main guys on their board call and told us that if I took down reviews that they would give me a $100 given the circumstance that the review was put in the wrong place and location and they were willing to handle any dispute I took the post down we received a $100 within a 3 day period of receiving the money they wanted charge my wife an extra 150 then on top of that another 300 coming to the conclusion that my wife owed $400 when the initial mistake was done by the representative collecting the amount owed. I will never use this God forsaken company they are thieves and liars and if you have on SR22 I highly suggest you go to a different company they will try to swindle you out of a lot of money and if they don't get away with it they contact collections.
