I always come here but lately , it’s been a very rude experience, the girl with the short dreads, she’s been working there for some time now, I had pulled up to the speaker starting my order, as I was reading out my order she was being rude and condensing , i had asked for double dels , 2 with no cheese instead of taking the cheese off or not putting any on there she had told me I could just take the cheese off myself very rudely , i then had asked her for a just a plain hamburger with ketchup she was giving me a hard time about it , it was becoming very frustrating because I always come here I love this spot, it’s close to home, I’ve never had any problems until now with the staff, as I finished my order she didn’t ask me if I wanted the double dels to be meals as they used to before , when I had pulled up to the window I asked if those double dels were meals she said rudely “ all I heard was double dels “ instead of asking me if I wanted to make them meals she hands me my change and that was it, when I began to ask her name she refused to give me her name, she continued to be rude with me , as I got my order , I was missing a few things and had to go back inside and it was uncomfortable because of what I went through at the window with her, when I got home my hamburger had no ketchup just patty thrown into the bag, my del fries were upside down outside the box in the bag, this is ridiculous , the staff are always rude and non polite , they don’t care about the customer , they can never get orders correctly! Read moreI just went there 5 mins ago and if I was able to give 0 stars I would. I pulled up to the drive and after waiting a minute I said "good morning" The woman over the intercom said "what did you say?" We went back and forth repeatedly saying this 3 times before I just said "I want to make a order" she replied saying that she could barely hear me so I spoke louder and during my order she asked if I wanted crunchy or soft tacos. I turned to my husband for a few seconds to ask him which he would want all at the same time the woman yelled " crunchy or soft!" I yelled back saying I'm still deciding. As I pulled up to pay she asked if I wanted my receipt and in reply said yes. She returned my card no receipt and gave us our food when we realized there was no ketchup. I kept saying excuse me while another employee stood afar with her back towards us and after saying it several times and the resorted to yelling excuse me turned around with headphones on as if she was listening to music or on a call. She gave us our ketchup and we were finally on our way. To top things off my order was WRONG! I was so excited to try their beyond meat avocado tacos as I am vegan. Read moreI'm going to start by saying I almost always get good service at this location, but unfortunately this time was not one of those. I have another Del Taco closer to my house, but I choose this one because I almost always get fantastic service here, and that's the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1. I have never been treated so horribly by a fast food worker, ever. I had the door slammed in my face twice, and the person working the window didn't say one word to be. I placed an online order, so it was basically impossible for my food to be screwed up, as there could be no misunderstanding or miscommunication. After asking for some sauce with my meal, which it was supposed to come with and didn't, he slammed the door in my face and walked away shaking his head. Then, basically threw my chipotle sauce at me and even when I said thank you, he ignored me and slammed the window. I got home and realized that my tacos that were supposed to be crunchy and no tomatoes were made as soft with tomatoes, as well as my burrito was supposed to be carne asada, another thing I paid extra for, was chicken. I felt too uncomfortable to drive back to get my food fixed, in fear that I would be verbally abused, so I will be seeking a refund through corporate.
