I remember visiting this Thai restaurant a year ago. I hate to leave a bad review since the nice Thai woman was so nice and sweet when I had called in and picked up to go food. The nice Thai lady who was the hostess and cashier was very welcoming to me and took care of me right away and I was in and out in a flash. There was no one inside the restaurant at that time I was there, but the restaurant was very fancy and upscale and I loved it! The interior of the restaurant was beautifully decorated and I remember having a conversation with the nice waitress about their decorations and how long they have been open. So anyways I just ordered a large too yum soup with noodles to go and I remember ordering a large. When I brought it home, I noticed I was given a tiny puny little container of Tom yum soup and I had paid $12 for this soup! Way overpriced and I felt slightly cheated out of my money. This plastic container was half the size they give you at a normal Thai restaurant. The container was for a small soup but I had ordered a large. I should of checked before I drove off and demanded my money back if I ended up knowing that this was their large. That’s a first time in my life where I’ve felt cheated out of my money like that. I just wish I had taken a picture to show you guys. I paid $12, that’s including tax for a small minuscule portion of Tom yum soup. I was clearly upset but since I live 20 minutes away from the Arden area, I didn’t want to drive all the way back to get a refund so I dealt with the loss and bad soup. The soup itself and flavor unfortunately was horrible and disgusting. This was the worst Tom Yum soup I’ve ever had and I’ve had many in my 25 years of life. The broth was way too sweet and all I tasted was sugar, there was no spice and zing to it, it needed lime and some acidity. I remember also seeing the inside of the Tom yum and all the ingredients weren’t in there and the broth just killed the flavor of the soup and made it a sugary brothy soup. This Thai restaurant doesn’t even know how to make Tom yum soup which is a real big bummer. It tasted nothing like Tom yum because it needed the correct ingredients. Sadly this place fell short to my liking and the price point and way off portion sealed the deal of me never wanting to return. Again the people working there are nice and the Thai waitress woman working there was as sweet as can be so I feel really bad here for leaving this review but it needed to be shared. I’d say avoid this place because it isn’t authentic Thai food and keep...

Read moreGenerally has very good food. I only stop by here for takeout but every time I come, the staff is attentive and my food is ready on time. Restaurant always looks beautiful and neat but I haven't made time to dine in yet. I'm only disappointed with my recent order where I purchased the 3 spicy flavor fish, and for once, selected "Medium Spicy" which somehow equates to pineapple being added to my food??? It usually only comes with the fish, sauce, and red and green bell peppers (when I order "Hot Spicy"). I was actually very upset when I realized that there were unexpected pineapple chunks when I opened up the container (fortunately, I'm not allergic but the food tasted supremely mediocre because the sweetness ruined any mild spicy flavor I could have enjoyed. yuck.) I've been having a poor appetite over the past month and have been selective of my food choices and thought medium spicy fish would satisfy me for a meal but consuming... Sickly sweet fish.. did not help me eat at all and I couldn't finish it. I may be overreacting, but I really feel like a restaurant should stay true to the listed ingredients unless otherwise requested by customers.
(I'll still return but I think I'll have to ask more closely since the listed ingredients...
