Update: I've been a bunch more since my complaining. The store has improved allot in all areas except for the check out lines. People get so angry. So, I had a very entitled lady cut me and say she was waiting longer. For a small candle no less! She then paid and went to wait back in line with her son who was being rung up. So yea, I don't know.

Fix the check out process. Let me buy my stuff from my phone.

:::the rest stays to mark your journey::::

This is one of the worst....no it is the only terrible hobby lobby I've been to.

If you're like me then you like to look and plot out what to do with all the art supplies it's like a toy store for me.

Well, you can't! While looking and gathering inks, paints, fabrics or whatever you get bothered by the constant following or the dreaded, "Can I help you".

Once is fine but three times in 10 minutes is out right wrong. This isn't the first time either it's a major annoyance that's happened now for a forth straight time here.

One of the more laughable parts in the end is how slow checkout is. On two trips people just left carts in the checkout line and walked out. Maybe, I should start recording these things.

Maybe, I'll continue to go to the elk Grove location. Or just conform to shopping on Amazon.

Funny thing I was in Ross minutes before this place and if you go to any of those stores you know how much security is there. I didn't get followed or felt bother for looking for shoes. Greeted happily and that's it.

Maybe this hobby lobby should resort to saying good morning/good evening and not have staff fake straightening up aisles.

Artist don't like...

Yesterday I had the worst experience that I have ever had shopping anywhere at Hobby Lobby Delta Shores. Brenda, an employee at the sewing station, decided to go out of her way to snap at my son for touching stuff when I was already putting back the stuff he had picked out and then decided to glare at him until he hid himself behind a shelf looking terrified. I had to address her and ask her if she had a problem with my son and she said she did and was upset at him because he knocked fabric over and was mad at me because I didn't do anything. She never once told me and I was trying to pick out buttons to replace one I had lost on my raincoat and I didn't see what she was referring to. I would have corrected him if I had known. He was very excited because we were there for party supplies for his 6th birthday. He was so excited and he absolutely loved Hobby Lobby. This was one of our favorite stores. After Brenda finishes letting me know she doesn't like my son and thinks I'm doing a terrible job watching him and is just rude. I ask to speak to her manager and she tells me I can go get a manager myself. She runs off and I follow her. She went to find a manager to explain how terrible my son and I are. I take over from there and she starts to get defensive and insists that I can't scare her. I'm not trying to, but I will not stand by and let an adult snap at my kid and then glare at him and make him feel so uncomfortable that he is scared to be there and hides behind a shelf about to cry. I will be taking my...

As a Christian even I find this store to have an unadvertised but rather heavy handed religious influence for a craft store. The music was even sometimes somber. And I would not find it multiculturally Welcomeing.

The asles are wide and the bathroom clean but I didn't see any healthy options in the snack displays.

The clearance prices are ok but I saw a lot of chipped or otherwise damaged merchandise in the store and the prices are no real bargain. Much of the displays are difficult to reach and the islands are not user friendly so I was more inclined to look but not actually take anything to a register to purchase even if I really liked it. Some of the art and furniture is pretty but not a good fit for smaller homes.

I have found some of the fabrics dissappointng and repeatedly had to wait for fabric to be cut and lines at check out. The notions selection are limited even in the currently popular laces.

Lot of "how too" pages displayed but I did not get the impression that floor staff had any serious craft or sewing skills. Which means the store may be great for gifts but not the...

My fiancé and I were in hobby lobby today and in days past getting ready for our wedding and the same thing happened all 3 maybe 4 times. The items are fine but the staff are not. They, the managers and supervisors stand around while customers are on line. Only one cashier is opened. Can they not open another cash register and relieve the line of patrons. Do they the store think people love to wait in line while the staff watch? Is it above them to help out or do they managers and supervisors think they are above actually working at the register? The guy in the suit comes out and I assume the main store manager but before we finally left did nothing to help. Also the cashier who was new and training got an item wrong, it was in the ad but didn’t see it, ok she is learning but it took two managers to finally see that the item was in the ad on sale. Maybe one of those managers could have opened one another register to help? Start treating your customers as assets and not liabilities or everyone will go to Amazon.

This was my first time ever in Hobby Lobby. We just moved from Hawaii and they have nothing like this there! The closest thing was Benjamin Franklin, but this does not compare! The atmosphere was blissful, the layout of the store was well thought out and organized, it also smelled good! This is my go to for crafting needs for sure! Keep up the great work Hobby Lobby Crew🤙 Would it be possible to grant any kind of discounts for our veterans and active service members? I did notice there was a section dedicated to the military which I loved as well!

I shop at Hobby Lobby in Delta Shores Shopping Center every couple of months. But every time when I come to the store. I found out they're better than the last time. The store is nonstop improving. Hobby Lobby is always very clean and organized. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The home decoration items, household supplies, furniture, etc., look and feel like they have better qualities than before, and they’re displayed in the store beautifully.
