There is nothing like a home-made cookie, and these are nothing like home-made cookies. The gimmick is that they serve some of them warm (warm for how many hours...?), but for nearly $5 a cookie, I'd like something outstanding. I had a dark chocolate peanut butter that was too sweet (like most commercial cookies) - none of the slighly bitter /sharp flavour of dark chocolate, the peanut butter chips seemed cheap & highly processed, and after a few bites it all just turned into a gummy mass in my mouth. I'll definitely be coming back to this location! Cookies are...

We once waited over an hour for a 4 pack of cookies when it wasn't busy, and every 15 minutes they told us to just wait another 15 minutes. We've had employees refuse to take our order at the counter several times. Crumbl makes great cookies, but this location seems to hire very rude and incompetent employees, which makes it tough to want to spend $5...
