🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 3 weeks ago, Sept 2024 - went back and tried Pieology again and it was GREAT, the pizzas were really good. The restaurant was clean, customer service was fast, professional, courteous, friendly. I am so glad we went back to try Pieology again. We will definitely go back. Very pleased. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My last review below was a year ago 🌟 for food 🌟🌟 service 🌟 Atmosphere.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! This is the 1st time in a long time since we eaten here. We took my 4 yr old grandson to the movies then to have pizza. It was early afternoon 2 people finished eating & ready to leave. We were able to order right away, the girl making the pizza was very nice, my grandson liked watching her make the pizzas. Another female rang up the order 2 reg size pizza & 1 kids pizza, drinks $42 + change, I left a $5 tip. While the girl that had made the pizza was taking care of everything at the ovens the other Female was telling her all the places she had worked before. Truthfully I didn't see her do anything except ring up our pizza order. As we were waiting I started noticing how dirty it was. My daughter & grandson went to find a table, my 4yr old grandson spoke up & said "all the tables were dirty and someone needs to clean this place up". We had to ask to have a table cleaned off so we could sit down to eat. I MEAN EVERY TABLE WAS DIRTY!! The drink counter were sticky, no tea, there was stuff all over the floor behind the counter by the ovens. There were pizza bake dishes stacked probably 10 inches high on the garbage cans. The areas counters were greasy dirty looking. When I asked if someone could clean a table the female again was telling the other girl all the places she had worked. She walked into the dining area were the garbage cans that were stacked with pizza bake plates & said something like were is the wash bucket & then walked into the back room & came put with a rag cleaned our table & one other but didn't even go to all the others that were dirty.

Looking around it really looked like the place hadn't had a really good cleaning for a long long time. If I had noticed this before I would have asked for our money back and left & wouldn't have left a large tip. I do know one thing we will NOT be going back to this location!! We will find a different restaurant at delta shores to have a movie day out. Very disappointed that Pieology would allow their restaurant to look like this & go down hill. It is to bad they don't care. Hope they figure it out before someone gets really sick. Because...

Pieology opens at 11. I waited 4 minutes in my car then 5 minutes at the door. The female employee finally decides to unlock the doors but unlocks the side door first where no one was waiting. Finally comes to the main door unlocks it then walks away. She should have opened it and apologized for opening late. There was a male employee flattening pie crust but she decided to take my order. She had a bit of an attitude with a not so good tone asking what I wanted on my pizza. She barely put any Alfredo sauce on the crust, I let it go, now we’re at the cheese but as she puts the mozzarella she makes a pile, instead of spreading it around the crust. I asked for a little bit more she puts it on top of the pile. Then she asked what veggies and I guess I didn’t answer her fast enough so her attitude worsens. I said artichokes and before I could finish saying artichokes she asked, anymore. I said Spinach and that’s it. She puts a few pieces of artichokes and spinach on top of the pile. When I asked for a little more artichokes she turns to her co-worker and says I can’t I just can’t, takes her gloves off and throws them in the trash, like as if I was being a difficult customer. He stops what he’s doing to finish off my order. He walks up ask what else do you want on the pizza, no attitude or tone. I told him chicken and asked him if he could spread the ingredients around the crust. He did what I asked then rang me up and I paid. He went back to his work but kept checking on my pizza and when it was done he boxed it and gave it to me. As my pizza was baking I called my husband, who was waiting in the car and told him what happened. He walks in and tells her your customer service is disappointing. She just turned and walked away. I have always gone to this Pieology, ever since it opened but now I don’t know. Very sad to be that ANGRY when you were never...

It has been a week of me trying to call this location to speak to ANYONE and a few surveys filled out online about my order experience and still there is no resolution. I hope someone will please reach out to me as I am highly disappointed in the lack of care and sensitivity in service I received. Ordered 3 build your own pizzas and paid extra for cauliflower crust and gluten free crust for my elderly parents who only asked for pizza on their 51st wedding anniversary. They both have dietary restrictions and I ordered the pizzas specifically to have it fit their dietary needs. Upon arrival, I still had to wait for my order although it should have finished almost 10 minutes earlier according to my confirmation, and I opened each box to see which pizza was which and noticed the pizzas were almost the same size and I didn't think much of it. I came home to realize all three were normal thin crust pizzas with meager toppings. My main issue is the wrong pizza crust as it caused a spike in blood pressure for a recovering stroke patient. I wrote in their feedback surveys to please refund me for the crusts I paid extra for that I did not receive but have heard nothing from anyone. At this point in time I would like to request a full refund.

I see the owner has responded to guests on these reviews before so I'm really hoping someone can hear us out.

TLDR; Paid extra for cauliflower and gluten free crust due to dietary restrictions a d sensitivities but have yet to be contacted via phone or email. Unable to go into store in person as I am full time caregiver with a...

Pieology Pizzeria Delta Shores at this location should be renamed: Antisocialology Pizzeria!!! First of all it was closed down in the middle of the day due to as the sign posted indicated: short of help, although, there was still customers inside, which was very confusing. Secondly, when they opened back up a little later, the two female servers met us customers with contempt and indifference. I felt like I was unwelcome and like I was bothering both servers. When I asked the one server to add an additional item, she commenced to tell me in a snooty attitude that I confused her. I let her know that she and her co-worker had very bad attitudes. I believe the first worker that I encountered, tried to redeem herself, as she was way more friendly before I left. The food was pretty good but I won’t be returning to that particular restaurant in the future. I will spend my money where I am appreciated and wanted.

$16 FOR JUST THE TINY PIZZA :( Really sad. I recently found out I have strong gluten sensitivities and so I wanted to try pieology’s gluten free pizza. Advertised as 10 inches when its barely 8.5. Not a jab at the employees because they weren't doing anything wrong. I was just told they preorder the gluten free dough. If you can't properly accommodate what you say you can, then don't serve it at all, especially not for $16 for just the pizza. Was really excited because I've gone here before (before I noticed my allergy) and the pizza was well worth it (size and taste) but now I don't think I’ll be coming back. Really good if u can eat gluten, horrible if you can't.
