The thing is that my review may not be on par with yours, nor your experience so please don't feel no ways if you wanna dine in this place. Place is a pretty decent size. Very clean, and organized. Food spot on, it was amazing, but feel free to wait for it than ordering a personal order. I say this because I've noticed the personal ones seems over drenched or seasoned. Say I picked up the Salmon with Garlic Yuzu. Like it was amazing, the rotator belt kept running out so I did personal orders.. did it the disappoint hit.. it was drenched in sauce and it overpowered my pallet. This happened also with the Red Shrimp and Oil, I had to spit it out. Way too much oil. The prices isn't bad. I paid about $80 for 22 plates thats including 2 sodas ($3) and 1 dessert ($5). I wouldn't say it's kid friendly for now cause the space. But date or group of friends, it'll be nice though, they do limit amount of people to dine in. The fact you can be put on a list helped, but sucked for large groups. I made a reservation at 5PM didn't get messaged and called until 9:45PM. It does close at 10PM but last ones on the list get to eat till 11PM which is nice. They give you these cute Lego Sushi toys for every $50 spent, give them to the kids and (squeeze to open). I feel like there's far way too many waitresses. I counted exactly 6 at one time. 4 mostly stayed near the door. But it was nice at least to be asked about the food. There's directions on how to order, lift up covers, where to put sushi plates and more where you sit also! This place is an actual Japanese restaurant also in Japan.. so this is pretty authentic. Sushi, Ramen, Deserts, & Appetizers.

Read moreWe stopped by about 3:30ish for a late lunch/ early dinner. The restaurant had several groups dining in, socially distanced from each other. You order and pay at the front counter before taking your seat to await your order. We had unagi sushi, spam musubi, ika geso (fried squid legs) with spicy mayo, and a seafood ramen (you select the type of noodles - thin, wavy or udon). The unagi sushi came out first. Freshly cooked eel that was still warm, served with teriyaki sauce, sliced avocado and sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds and tender, perfectly cooked rice. Delicious. Next we split an order of spam musubi (2 pieces per order). Freshly cooked spam with teriyaki sauce tucked i to rice and neatly wrapped in toasted nori. It was eaten in no time. The ika geso. Tender squid legs, lightly battered and served with s lemon wedge and spicy mayo dipping sauce. Tasty, chewy and seasoned to perfection. The seafood ramen had two fresh scallops, four shrimp, two slices of fish cake, sweet corn kernels, a sheet if nori and a perfectly cooked runny yolk egg with thin ramen noodles in a white miso broth. Plenty for two people to share. All the seafood was cooked to perfection. We recommended you try it for a quick, freshly prepared meal. We will definitely stop by again for another sampling of the other ramen and sushi...
Read moreKoshi is a nice little spot for ramen and sushi. Prices are fair and the food is good, could it be better? Of course, but what you get for the price in my opinion is just right. Sushi is fresh and delicious, they have a good number of rolls and hand rolls to choose from. Ramen menu is perfect, simple and nothing too complex, which is great in my opinion for a quick bite to eat.
My wife and I love coming here after or even before a movie since the theater is literally across the street (a very small street). Of all the places to eat in this shopping area, it would rank number 1 on my list to chose from. Sure if you want something faster just drive around the parking lot, but if you want something that will hit the spot if you're craving Japanese food and ramen, this is the place.
4 of 5 stars cause they got rid of the sausage appetizer they had, can't remember the name but it was freaking delicious.
Koshi - please...
