Panda Express — Restaurant in Sacramento

If I could rate this with 0 stars I would. My son barley likes orange chicken but is trying to open up to new things he asked for a bowl but to have more orange chicken & less chow main they said they would have to charge me a plate price for a little bowl with a small amount of chow main & a little bit more orange chicken. I come here all the time my son normally just gets a medium order of orange chicken. I will never come here again that is horrible customer service and a rip off at that. How is it a even trade if when you get a plate you get so much more food. All he’s asking is for a little more orange chicken. They also said that the manager wasn’t there to talk to. Very disappointed . I didn’t even get food I was so upset. I thought this was CUSTOMER SERVICE. I hope I helped someone out...

I have been going to Panda Express for at least 20 years and it has always been good. It never disappointed... until now! The ladies serving the food were a bit cranky maybe because of what I wanted. They had run real low on black pepper chicken which I had been craving for a few weeks. So I asked if there would be more soon. She said yes but it took much longer. In the meantime I was able to check out some of the other dishes. Many of them looked like they had been sitting there for a while. They did not look good. Managed to finally pay and get out. Maybe it was the time of day. (after lunch). I will always go to Panda Express but not the one at Delta shores. The restaurant tables were tidy and the floor was clean. Watch out for the front door. I had ordered a door dash delivery from this specific panda. Unfortunately door dash messed up my order. I had 5 hungry kids at home and was unable to go to the store with all of them. So I called and eventually spoke to the manager. I stated what was wrong and was offered to pick it up or even receive store credit. Of course this wasn't an option with five hungry kids at home. So the manager went out of her way (didn't get her name) and personally delivered the rest of my order, extra spring rolls and a gift card. She went above and beyond what I was hoping for and she deserves credit for that. For this reason I will be a loyal customer and go out of my way to make my panda orders from this place only.
