This is the first time I've ever asked an associate if I could do a survey. I spent my whole way home from the store thinking of how I could give you guys a good review/survey. Any angle I went at it would show that this store goes above and beyond what they are asked to do. Unfortunately, your survey site kept crashing on me, so I hope this is seen. I just recently graduated college and moved to the area. For my new job I needed new dress clothes. I now have been to this Kohl's twice in the past two weeks, and couldn't be more pleased with the customer service I received. Both times I showed up after 9:00 pm with the exact item in mind. Both times, all the associates did perfectly at assisting me, they were on top of everything. And I do not mean in a manner to get me to hurry out of the store, but in the best way possible of making sure I got exactly what I was looking for and was helped to the best of their abilities. The main reason I want this to be seen is because of the Associate Rocio! I have never met an associate at ANY STORE that does their job as well as she does, and I've worked in retail for a good part of my life. Rocio was there both times I was shopping late, and the second time she even remembered me which made my shopping experience more comfortable because I was looking to return a suit jacket and couldn't find the receipt. Anyway, Rocio not only waited for me to go try on pants so I wouldn't need to return the suit jacket, she helped me pick out a tie that would work the best with my new suit for a big business meeting I have coming up (I asked her to help me with about 12 different purple ties in my hand). She then was so pleasant to talk to as she rang my items up and I confused her by trying to use my credit and debit card and make two different transactions. Throughout all this she did not get flustered or impatient, but made sure that I was happy and understood I wasn't causing as much trouble as I felt. When I was done, I asked her for her name and if I could do a survey, because if any store had one associate like Rocio, they would be well respected by many, and these were my thoughts as I walked to the front of the store to leave. But wouldn't you know it, I realized that I didn't grab the jacket that I was thinking I'd return. By this time it was 10:00 pm and yet the associates at the front of the store did not get ansy. I wish I would've gotten the guys name tonight, but he was very helpful, and then as I left the doors the alarm went off because my ties still had sensors on them, and the lady who unlocked and opened the door for me was very understanding and pleasant as she helped me search my bag and leave the store. Rocio is definitely the best associate I've ever come across at any store/business/restaurant, but I have to say the rest of the staff I met came in a close second. I hope this review is seen and does something positive for Rocio and the store, because I can honestly say, and finish my rant, by saying Kohl's store #0683 is my favorite store in the United States, and they have the best associate in Rocio.

I went to the back of the store for customer service to pick up my online order and was told to walk clear to the other side of the damn store to some Amazon thing and get a locker or something to get my product. when I went over there, all I had to do was pick up the bag and walk away. what is stopping people from stealing stuff? lazy! lazy store! I will never buy anything from the store again. The service was crap. telling me to walk across the store to pick up something in a cheesy hobbled together shelf system. it was embarrassing. it looks like an eyesore in the corner of the store. it's ridiculous. at my regular store in Yuba City, they don't have anything this ugly. You go in the back to customer service to pick up your order and the employee scans your barcode and delivers the package to you. this store is oriented sideways, compared to the parking lot. there are two large sets of doors into the store, and the first set is closed up with a sign that says to go to the other doors. That's great, so I walk like a 300 yd to get to the front door from where I park. The entrance to the parking lot is a mess. The road doesn't line up with the parking lot. as you're driving along from the entrance toward the store, you're suddenly faced with oncoming traffic with no indication of where to go. literally the road turns into the opposite lane with no warning. this is a beautiful area of natomas. there's no excuse for this crappy store to be located in the middle of this nice area. Read moreMy family and I love this kohl's. We always find too many things here! They have a wide selection of clothing and shoes. The shoes are a bit expensive, I can't seem to get too many pairs under 50 bucks. These nike max airs, woman's, I got for 80. Compared to the Nike store in the outlets it isnt bad but still expensive. I have found a lot of jewelry on clearance here as well as make up and hair products. They also have a lot of bogo (buy one, get one free) deals on their clothing too which is great for my kids, they are constantly needing clothes. They also have many clearance rack for kids with up to 85% off. I got a 70 dollar dress for my daughter for only 29 dollars a great find. I also found a pair of yoga pants for much less than retail price. Although I must say when you check out they press you a lot for applying to get the kohl's credit card. The cashier must have asked me 5 times to apply and if im sure I dont want too before I left the store. A bit aggressive which made checking out a bit uncomfortable and awkward for me and my family.
