If I could leave zero stars I would! Today my boyfriend and I went in to explain how he had sold my boyfriend a ring and there was no 10k engraved in the ring. The owner became very upset once I started to question his jewelery. I asked is it fake? He proceeded to ask me to leave his store because I was very frustrated when he started to tell us he would give us $80 store credit.Mind you the original ring purchased was $210 I got to wear it one time when it started bending. Before I walked out of his store I asked the owner for his name and he said “none of my business” very unprofessional. I had spoke to the daughter Emily a few days ago and she wouldn’t give me a name either she just said my “pops” after all that we came back to our car and did our research and by law every peice of real jewelry should be engraved. My boyfriend went back in to show the owner and he said alright man I will give you $220 store credit at that point I feel he realized I’m caught I better fix this before things get worse. We came to buy my lady a bracelet, two chains and two pendants about a month ago. We understand they are 10k chains but expected them to last a couple years or at least one. Literally the next day she went to dance practice (she’s a teacher…mind you barely moving just teaching and helping students) and it just fell off while walking around the studio. The smaller chain broke an hour later into practice while doing the same thing. When we brought back to EZ jewelry I wished for refund because I didn’t pay $720 of hard earned money to last a day👎🏽and just fall off randomly. He said they don’t do refund but he would repair for free that one time, and that any other breakage would cost $20 in the future🤦🏽‍♂️. After he repaired and I picked it up…. IT LITERALLY BROKE AN HOUR after I picked it up and all she was trying to do was put it on👎🏽🤣(the solder repair was hella noticeable and bad). Don’t waste y’all hard earned money here. EZ jewelers are for the ppl! I ordered two beautiful rope chains a couple years back & when it was time to repair, the process was just as effortless as the initial purchase for them. So much thanks to the team for helping me proactively problem solve to get my chains fixed and accommodating me all the way from California with me in Hawaii. I was also traveling during this time, and was able to enjoy my trips without worrying about my order with the EZ family.. They often have story sales & promotions via their instagram & they’re always so understanding and welcoming despite how busy they can get. Their work ethic is unmatched.
