My experience with them was a nightmare! I ship my car radio as the four-digit security code no longer resets the ignition after I had replaced (as I have done other times) the car battery. I contact them and they tell me that there are no problems to fix the defect so I send the radio to New Jersey. I wait about a month and the radio returns to Italy and is promptly refitted on my Mercerdes SL. With great surprise, I realize that the 10 programmable AM ​​& FM memories do not keep the frequencies inserted. I contact them to point out this and get no response, which is why I open a complaint with paypal. At that point they ask me if I am willing to send the radio back to them and I accept subordinating the shipping costs to them and those that will have to be incurred to send the radio back to the U.S.A. than those returning to Italy. After having ascertained the defect through a video made by me, they only offer the costs of returning to Italy and I would have had to pay for the shipment to the U.S.A. I would like to point out that the problem could not be solved in this way also because the Italian Customs would have made me pay back Duties and Taxes (which I would have paid anyway) and therefore at least for the transport costs they would have had to pay them. No response followed. I conclude by saying that my experience was also negative the rare communications and I do not understand why once the radio was unlocked they did not re-enable the code, returning the radio to its original factory condition but disabled it permanently. Would not recommend these guys to anyone if you have any troubles, they will not support you or try to help you. We had an antenna repaired for a vehicle. It didn’t work we sent it back. They said it was something in the car sent us the antenna back we bench tested it and still could not make it work. We finally figured out that there was a bad relay inside of the antenna And tried to explain that to them. but they have caller ID so most of the time they were not answering our calls know that for sure because I called for a different phone and they picked up They kept telling us it’s a current problem we had to get in touch with a different company and they were able to help us and the problem was the relay inside of the antenna that they said it was good it would not work unless you had 14 V going to it which the car doesn’t have out...

Dropped off my Becker 1492 out of my w124 for a Bluetooth Mod here since I also live in NJ. Was called back an hour later and was advised that a technician looked upon my radio and also determined there was a volume issue and two capacitors that were no good and they recommended this to be fixed first. I told them to ahead and take care of it. Got the radio back a couple days later and I am very happy with the result. The radio looks great, sounds crystal clear (thought it was the speakers or amp before ) the Bluetooth works simple and the turn around time was very quick. Instead of replacing the aftermarket radio with something that looks out of place and dealing with cutting wires in the factory harness. The Becker repair is def worth it. Upon leaving they also promised a year warranty....
