The sole reason I give them "ONE" star is because they "Exist" - and 'That' is the ONLY level upon which I recognize them as a business entity. They [literally] offer you next to NOTHING when you try to sell an item, regardless of its value... AGAIN, "regardless of an items worth, they will "ALWAYS" without fail - offer you NEXT TO NOTHING..." i.e. from a personal experience: I sold them a fine item for which they paid me $35.00. (According to the current market and taking ebay into account), if they were 'honest' people they should have given me absolutely -No Less- than $80.00 and still they could have resold it for a very decent profit. I went back the next day - for a different purpose - and saw the item I sold them the day before for $35.00 being resold for an astounding $160.00 BOTTOM LINE: They want to get rich quick... and to get there, they will "rip you off" [If You Let Them]. All they see are $$$ signs. They are FULL of GREED. And, they have absolutely NO Sense of "Good Business." It was "My Bad." I was desperate at the moment and I allowed them to "Rip Me OFF." and THEY were glad to do it. Solution: "They Should Be...

Tried to sell a couple things to this guy and quickly jumped the gun and wouldn't let me explain on how this radio works. You think the guy know his stuff but he really doesn't. Not only he immediately declined what I had to offer, but was berated. Never in my life I've been disrespected in such a way. Sad I do buy things there, pretty good items, but after this experience it's no longer worth dealing with this store. I'd say it's bad business to an extreme degree. The guy doesn't not know what he is doing, and I'd recommend he'd get a better job at it. This business was that bad that I took mine to Goodwill, since I really didn't expect money back from this shady pawnshop. And probably there are other better ones in the county. So if you want to pawn something, I'd either go to a better pawnshop or donate it to a Goodwill. EZConverters is giving the pawning...

Ez converter has got to be the worst. Like someone else said pennies to the dollar. The worst with customer service is the Asian woman is the worst. She'll offer ten or twenty dollars for an item then turn around and try and sell for over a hundred. The customer service is awful. They have got to be the dumbest in the business. Unless your desperate stay away. You will get nothing and if you go back you will see whatever item you sold them marked up at least a 100% if not more. They should be closed just because of customer service. I have been going their a long time but decided to look around for another place, which I did. Done with ez converter.
