I went in and asked the girl working if they do bra sizing? (I didn’t get her name but chaser #6029919) She said yes they do. I say great I need to be sized and I’m looking for a strapless bra. She said ok. She then measured me over my sweater and says u need a 36A maybe a 36B. I laughed and said huh are u sure about that (the bra I was wearing, from Victoria’s Secret was a 34DDD). Another girl then walks over and says let me take over for u, someone at the counter needs help and I have no idea what she wants. So I say to her, are u sure that size is right? She says yes. I said ok I’ll give them a try and I laughed and went and tried them on. Obviously neither fit. So I get dressed and go out into the store to track the girl down. I told her neither of them fit. She says oh really. Well I guess let’s try a size 36DD. Then she says well I can’t really find the size u need but if the band on this one and the cup on this one work we can order the right size. I was like I don’t understand how this is going to work. I then tell her I need this to wear with my dress for my son’s wedding coming up and I need it to fit. She just looks at me. So I go and attempt to make this work. Neither fit. I get frustrated and go back out to the floor where I have to track her down again. I say that didn’t work. She just stares at me. I then tell her I’ll just go somewhere else. She says, well we do have the stick on cups? I said I don’t even know what size I would need at this point. She looks at me and says I’d say maybe a D!!! Worst experience ever! Will NEVER go back. Absolutely horrible...
Read moreI went in with low expectations for a boutique in an otherwise unimpressive mall, however, walked out AMAZINGLY satisfied and pleasantly surprised. I was greeted immediately apon arrival by a young cashier, and was quickly approached by a friendly associate with pink hair, Kristen. With the help of a manager she called, Rene', the two asked great questions I would have never thought to mention, and helped me into a bra that was not at all what I thought my size was! As it turns out I've been wearing the wrong size my entire adult life! Kristen listened to my concerns and could relate to my problem areas so she recommended what I thought was a VERY unlikely and bold solution and definitely surprising: a Bombshell Pushup Bra that apparently adds 2 cup sizes. It fit perfectly, like she said it would, added the volume I needed, where i needed it with a really natural looking lift and tons of support! She let me pick my favorite colors and Renè picked out a matching set of underwear. I couldn't decide between the two colors so Kristen explained to me about the store card discount they offered! I applied, got approved on the spot, and was able to afford BOTH matching sets! Kudos to these two for helping change the way I stand, the way I walk, the way I carry myself, the way I see myself in the mirror AND my opinion on the value of visiting in-store locations versus shopping online through ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING customer service, tactful and beautifully executed sales techniques and up selling, and personality to spare! 5 Stars! Very much...
Read moreI usually love this store, everyone in there is always so nice. Except for when I went there yesterday, my sister and I were trying on items in our dressing rooms. I got done before her and decided to wait outside her door. She had some leggings on and did not want to walk out into the hall way or open her door to show me as everyone else would be able to see. I went into her dressing room with her so she would be able to show me. We gathered our things and walked out shortly after, there was an assistant there that gave us both a dirty look and said, “There should not be 2 people in a dressing room.” I tried explaining the situation to her and she was just clearly not believing me. She used her headset to let other associates know, and from then on she continuously gave us dirty looks as well as all other employees. As we paid for our items we both felt unwanted in the store, as if we had just committed a crime. As we walked out the lady in the front of the store said “Have a good one” and gave us once again a dirty look. I understand they we’re most likely just worried about us shoplifting (we did nothing of the sort) but I still feel so unwelcome. Everyone was so nice and helpful until the employee told everyone. While we were there, there were two employees just standing in front of a table with some items we wanted, they were just having a conversation. I tried excusing myself multiple times so I would be able to look at the items on the table and I was just completely ignored. Overall not a...
