Went in since I had a loyalty member free drink. Person took my order and I double checked with her that I had a free drink and she responded yes. I get up to the person who hands you the drink and she read me back something completely different than what I ordered. After reviewing multiple iPads she claims that my drink is not in there. I go to show her my free drink on the website and it now says “redeemed”. I literally was looking at my free drink on the website while I was waiting in line. I told her what happened and that I had a free drink. The person then told me she was really sorry but I would have to pay for my drink. As a former Starbucks employee, I would have given the customer the benefit of the doubt. You cannot get through the line if you haven’t ordered and paid so, where did my drink go? I have always been a big fan of 7 brew but it has come to my attention that the work atmosphere here is super unhealthy. i have seen people that after going to this location over and over i would consider to be friends and i have now noticed that they are living in a super toxic work space these are young adults and people need to understand that. punishing young adults over some customers that are entitled and disrespectful will change nothing. there are always people out there who wont be fully satisfied due to their own issues. you don't take it out on the ones helping you. sometimes the good need to outweigh the bad and these are young adults trying to figure out life and you are putting out on their butts. i would like to see corporate try and deal with thousands off customers and not get one bad review. they are a disgusting company and even though they seem really sweet. the workspace they are in is truly awful. i will no longer support this business and i hope others follow as well. this is a company issue. i am so incredibly disgusted with 7 brew as a whole. Read moreBeverages: Yummy! 10/10 - I don't like very sweet coffee, so I order my drinks with 1/2 the amount of syrup and then turn out perfectly. Well-flavored but not overly sweet and well-made each time. I've been three times now and twice ordered the Smooth 7 (yum! hot and iced, but prefer hot for full flavor) and the Cinnamon Roll (also yum!).
Atmosphere: Well-organized drive through that's quick-moving. I don't think they have seating indoors? I'm a mom of a two-year-old who doesn't love being in the car, so when I tell you the line moves quickly, you can trust me.
Service: Very friendly! I felt very welcomed, and I appreciate the level of customer service all of the employees have provided me. I've gone three times and each employee that's taken my order and at the cash register have all been very sweet and outgoing. Think Dutch Bros level friendliness (in most Dutch Bros locations) but SO much faster than the Dutch Bros here in Saginaw.
