Please let me share my experience with you. Talk about VIP Service. There were people stacked 3 deep and we did not mind waiting. This store is busy as a direct result of its staff... The manager has a motivation and warm welcome to his presence that is infectious. And his staff follow suit and compliment the entire experience. I did not even live near this place but was drawn to it from clever and intuitive Facebook Marketing. Our experience start to finish was amazing. We came in to replace an iPhone 7 with an 11.after 15 mins of comparisons, an easy finance option and we went with an iPhone 12 pro max! Switched our service and got them to waive the fee and moved everything over carefully explaining what was taking place each step. Service was so good we returned and bought a Galaxy S21 Ultra two weeks later. I was going to wait but all the benefits were available now and there was no need. Remembered who we were, gave us a loyalty discount and we felt like Rock stars... And you know what? So did people buying an iPhone 8 and a Galaxy Note 9. These guys deserve to be this busy and the owner of this store I hope reads this review. In today's generation? Your blessed. Here's to much more success to D2 Wireless and I will follow up on a few months when we return for the latest watches... Read moreBefore I called D2, I called another Cell Phone Repair company and they told me $70 to replace the part without seeing the phone and they would need to keep it for two days. Understand I need my phone to log in to work from home otherwise I have to drive into the office everyday. I called D2 they told me to come so they could do a diagnostic on my Samsung A54. I went they said I just needed a new charging cord. With my original charging cord it took over 12 hours to get my phone from 1% to 25% charge in 12 hours. My phone battery charge dropped from 25% to 15% driving from home to D2 store in Saginaw just 15 minutes away. They put it on their charger it went from 15% to 31% in 5 minutes. I even asked if it was the charging port on the phone they said it was fine and the battery was fine. I spent only $20 for a new charging cord and adapter. I didn't get the young lady's name that helped me she was nice and the guy I spoke with over the phone I'm assuming he was the owner he was nice as well. He even remembered that I called him. Just with the way I was treated and helped most importantly their honesty, I will definitely go back and recommend others to try...
