I'm simply leaving this 1 star for timing.....
I set up a appointment last week for Monday this week and moved to Thursday this week (today) 10 am-1pm arrival. I called Thursday am (today) to confirm arrival time as both me and my fiance rescheduled our work day and clients around delivery and installation.
They told us closer to 1 pm at 1:40pm I called and asked where the delivery driver was at and updated ETA they informed me the delivery driver showed up late to work then clocked back out and took a immediate lunch break and they needed to make contact to find exact arrival.
During this time already frustrated from losing hundreds on the work day on both ends. We decided it was time to relieve some tension.
At this point I'm FINALLY getting my fiance to squirt in my face and mouth. .
Low and behold guess who finally shows up about 3:30 pm....
Knocking on the door in the middle of a man's wet dream come true....
You guess it...
The Aaron's delivery team. Smh
They cost us hundreds today and a memory that would have been gods gift to man.
By the time she came out of the room when they left, she was only concerned about where the rabbit was...

   Read moreThis place has been very good to me, I make my payments on time so I never have a problem and they repaired my item for me I just know that if you don’t want complicated credit checks and all that this is your answer but I really have no complaints,if you have limited access to funds to pay up front in cash just rent it out and return it when you can’t use it anymore they will pick it up and drop it off…. 🤔 I can’t think of anything easier than that! But if you don’t make your payments on time and they gotta hunt you down well then they are gonna be less than hospitable lol i really don’t think they like showing up and knocking on your door asking for payment just like you don’t like ppl showing up at your home unannounced so make your payments or call and give them a day they can get paid...

I purchased a 65 inch TV stand cash at Aarons in Saint Augustine, FL was told by the sales rep that if the stand didn't fit I could return it that day or in a timely fashion. I bought the stand at 2pm on the 2nd of January then called that following Monday on the 4th of January and was told by the GM that all sales are final and they would not swap it out for another stand they had in the store that actually cost more money (Guess the GM Tony at this location doesn't understand revenue) So they basically have left me out 170 dollars and still in need of another TV stand. I've contacted there corporate office and was told that their regional manager will contact me if my issue is resolved I will happily...
