Bailey's Plaza — Local services in Saint Augustine

Baileys plaza is a good plaza! I am mainly writing this review for Baileys gym itself!!! I am from Jacksonville & I have been going to Baileys gym since I very first start working out 10years ago. The Jacksonville Baileys are so big & spacious. Even the parking lots are big enough for the plazas they are located at. But the Saint Augustine Baileys….SMALLEST BAILEYS I have ever been to!!!! It’s so bad that my boyfriend & I have to wake up at 3:30am everyday to get our workout in without having to wait an hour to use one machine (& no I am not exaggerating when I say that) both of us & our friends have all said they can’t even get a good workout in anymore because of how extremely packed the gym gets. This gym is not big enough to occupy all of the people that are members. I have friends that don’t even like going to any stores in that plaza because they can’t ever find parking because of all the Baileys gym members. BAILEYS please open a way bigger gym then the one you currently have in Saint Augustine!!! Especially since the population here is growing...

There's a LAKE in front of the east stores whenever it rains.

A few parking spots are on an angle, such that vehicles without parking brake applied will roll. Into other vehicles.

There's been long-standing broken glass in the parking lot.

Trash is seldom addressed, and attracts flying organisms. Customers frequently complain about the gnats and flies.

"PROPERTY MANAGER" thinks it's appropriate to call police on employees parked in the parking lot, to have them removed.

Trash cans overflow and is only sporadically collected.

Someone is seriously dropping the ball.

A little investment could go a LONG WAY toward making this...

Great little plaza with plenty of parking and is fairly easy to navigate a 30ft motorhome around. We had an issue with our rig and were able to park from 10pm to 6am with no "knock on the door" (tho it is posted as no overnight parking.) There was another conversion van there before we arrived that was still parked when we left, so I'm not sure if the "no overnight" is enforced.
