I went to Walgreens to pick up a medication they had filled for me, only to find the pharmacy closed—despite the posted hours on the store signage and online saying it should be open. When I asked Adina, one of the employees, why the pharmacy was closed, she was incredibly rude and dismissive. I understand everyone has bad days, but there’s no excuse for the way I was treated when I asked a simple question.
To make matters worse, I was told I would have to wait an hour for them to open, which was not an option for me as I needed my medication before a 9-hour work shift. Not only was I left without my necessary medication, but this isn’t the first time there’s been an issue at this location. The staff is consistently unhelpful, and I’ve had problems with the pharmacist here in the past as well.

   Read moreThey've been unable to fill several of my meds in a reasonable time this past year, so I had enough and transferred them out , now the new pharmacy tells me these guys are refusing to allow the transfer, and I can't ever reach anyone at this Walgreens there who has any idea how to fix it - even after going in person to ask! Will just have to ask my doctors not to send any refills to this branch...
