I was told I could purchase an item at a price and then was basically ignored and not even communicated with do to being where I’m from. This company you can clearly see through reviews has no respect for clients and customers that have a certain look to them.Who are these people to judge where and how someone is brought up or WHERE THEY COME FROM. Everyone is equal and should be treated equally. Look at the reviews and you can clearly see how these owners act to treat customers and respond in comments in reviews.BEWARE❌🚫⛔️ as I would not shop at this PAWN SHOP as it’s going DOWN HILL and so is the owners attitude. They can say what they want in the reply to the message cause all they are good at it LYING 🤥. Making up lies to reply to real genuine customers leaving reviews for an un classy bunch of owners running a run down ATTITUDE mom & pop shop with no CLASS. Give me a break I’d never shop again at this garbage attitude place. These people think they are better than everybody else. Unbelievably disrespectful to clients....

I have been a customer of the Vault and Co. several times. I have brought in a variety of jewelry items from 3 generations of family.

I came into the store not knowing anything about selling or the process for determining jewelry value. I was a little apprehensive.

The owner greeted me kindly and put me at ease. He explained the process that is used to determine the quality of each Item.

We then went to his office where the items were sorted and evaluated. He tested each chosen piece and if it passed the testing he put each one on a scale to determine its weight. Finally he computed the value of the Items that were acceptable. He then totaled his findings and asked if I had any questions before the sale was concluded. The pricing was fair, it was done in front of you. He welcomed any questions I was pleased with both my experiences. The check was written and given to me. It was a good experience for both of us.

It's hard to compare The Vault to a regular pawn shop; it feels so luxurious! The high-end goods are in new condition and are expertly displayed, making it a pleasure to browse.

I was thrilled with the great price Brian offered for my item, and the entire transaction was completed quickly and smoothly. Brian made a potentially difficult situation much easier for me, and I truly appreciated his understanding and support.
