UPDATE AUG. 17th, 2019 - The phone has been ordered and communication is wonderful. I've updated as this situation has improved. I now give 4 stars because 1) Ms. Ellen has worked hard at customer service and keeping up with communication. 2) I believe in this situation a second chance was in order.
UPDATE AUG.15th, 2019 @ 10:48 a.m. Received a phone call from Ellen asking which phone I wanted. She is ordering Note 9. Will take a bit to get here, but I appreciate the communication and the fact that she is ordering it rather than getting from another store. Redeeming qualities
There should be a way to give negative stars, because, Ms. Ellen, in this instance, deserves them. This whole fiasco could have been avoided with one word ... "No". I asked if she could get me a Note 9 phone, she said sure followed quickly by a very rude and none of her business question of, "what do you need such an expensive phone for?". Hindsight being 20/20, that should have been my clue. I’ll not draw this out for you like she did for me but here are the high points.
Order my couch online & schedule my delivery, no one called me to tell me the dated I picked wouldn’t be the day I got it I call to see why it didn’t show up Randy then told me it would take a week and a half , a week and a half went by no call still , so I called to see what was going on again , he told me the couch was there and must of gotten by him without him knowing , was a little mad at this point , told me it could get delivered Monday I realized he never told me the time to make sure I was there so I could get the furniture I’ve been paying for that I haven’t gotten yet . Super unhappy and everytime I have called I have talked to Randy I call him Monday ( today) and he tells me they never schedule my delivery. Super mad at this point because this man has gave me the ran around and still don’t have the couch I’m making payments...
Read moreI recently moved here and had a GREAT RAC in Louisiana and have done business with the one in Louisiana for years, with no problems. BUT the store in St. Augustine Florida is a joke with horrible customer service. And the worst of it is the Manager allows it to run like this.. I went in to continue my agreement for a washer/dryer set and the guy there I believe his name is Rob, or Robby was the rudest RAC employee I've ever seen . He has no patience and apparently thinks he's above everyone else. Needless to say I didn't continue my agreement with RAC. I went elsewhere . If you need rent anything don't waste your time here they are lying, rude, and have no knowledge on how to treat...
