I cracked and destroyed my Apple Watch and called over to this business asking for pricing. I spoke with a guy name Duncan(maybe not his name, not sure) and he gave me a price and told me it would take 5 DAYS for it to be fixed and returned back to me. I dropped my watch off on April 16th almost at closing time. It is April 30th and I still have not received my watch. I’ve called multiple times to check the status and every time they tell me it will be back in a couple of days. I called Monday and I was told he received tracking and that it’ll be here in a couple of days. I sent a friend to the place of business to get a status update and my friend was told that it shipped today ( April 30th) and will be here in a few days. So I called back up there and talked to the same guy and he told me that they received tracking information Monday but it didn’t ship until today (BS). I also made him aware that my last day in the area would be Sunday and I will need my watch before I leave, he says if it’s not here by Sunday we can ship it to you ( which I’m sure will be another week). At this point I asked to speak to the manager, he said he wasn’t in but he would call him to see if they could expedite my watch ( how do you expedite a shipment that has already been shipped) and he would get back in touch with. Oh he also mentioned that the reason why it’s taking so long is because the person they sent the watches to is backed up with orders and his shop has been closed and I said why wasn’t I told this from the beginning, I was told 5 days and he said he didn’t know that information until after my watch shipped. So yea, no watch still and it still isn’t promised to be here before I leave town. Worse experience EVER. OH NOT TO MENTION THIS IS...
   Read moreI was out of town and my phone crashed on me. I went in to get it fixed and they said it would be a week and they would ship it to me. After 35 days and tons of phone calls to the owner my phone could not be located and all of them were caught in multiple lies. If that wasn’t bad enough they stopped answering my calls so I was left without a phone. After a month and a half I finally got my phone back and there were even more problems than when I gave it to them. NEVER TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE. The owner Tyler lied to my face and wouldn’t even give me my phone back when I asked for it 6 hours after I left it. I have never dealt with so many dishonest people at one store. Worst experience of my life. The experience was horrible, and to make it worse I got took for $200 and they refused to refund after not fixing the problems and causing more.

   Read moreTook my mother to get a new phone today as she busted her old one (motherboard and all) not really fixable; however, after getting a new phone (through a phone company) and being told the phone she picked has no screen protectors available, I quickly messaged ifixandrepair Walmart location, in hopes they would have something. Within two minutes I received a response with the product I requested and the price. Met with Tyler as I came into the store explaining we were on the search for screen protectors for which he showed us all available options and what they would look like once installed. Needless to say not only did my mom get one but so did I and we are both very pleased.
