However, the mall does have a few drawbacks. Many of the booths were empty during my visit, which gave the space an unusually vacant feeling. Additionally, the mall's connection to Belk was inconvenient. The entrance to Belk from inside the mall was sealed off, forcing customers to exit and walk around the building to access the store.
