Mall 2121 — Local services in Saint Augustine

Mall2121 is a modest indoor shopping mall that offers a quiet and somewhat limited shopping experience. While it's small in size, it does have some highlights. One of the standout features of the mall is the Coconut Barrel, a charming local trinket shop offering a variety of unique and handmade items. It's a great spot to pick up something special or a small gift, with a personal touch that makes it stand out from typical mall retail.

However, the mall does have a few drawbacks. Many of the booths were empty during my visit, which gave the space an unusually vacant feeling. It was disappointing to see the lack of variety and options, as it contributed to the overall lack of energy in the mall. For those hoping for a more vibrant shopping experience, this could be a turnoff.

Additionally, the mall's connection to Belk was inconvenient. The entrance to Belk from inside the mall was sealed off, forcing customers to exit and walk around the building to access the store. This extra step was a bit frustrating, as it seemed like an unnecessary detour for shoppers who would have preferred a more seamless shopping experience.

we were looking for an ice cream shop and the maps took us to lalas which said it was located inside the belk but it wasn’t so we went next door into this suspicious location that seems to be a supposed mall but half the shops were shutdown and the entrance that connected belk to the mall was closed off. anyways we walked into the lalas and it was rolled ice cream and i wasn’t interested so we left. all the stores were empty except for one worker per store. i believe we were the only ones there all day. i loved the...

This so called "mall" needs help. No matter how you try to rebrand it, it's not a proper mall. Not even close. I wish there were better shopping options in St Augustine.
