Ginsey Rose - Boutique — Local services in Saint Charles

I ordered a hat from Ginsey Rose. I did not get the hat I ordered and their response was “The hats are always similar colors and fabrics but no two are alike. Rachel is an artist and never will duplicate identical.”

I understand that piece that not one is identical, however if you look at a picture and order a hat it should be that hat. She uses specific bands, feathers and other decorative accents on the hat that make it unique and why you love it…granted all her hats are gorgeous! It is like paying for a service and someone saying ohhh you don’t get that exact service, but it’s similar 😂😂😂

The other thing to keep in mind, they are not transparent on sizing like all th other boutiques I order from so it is hard to tell what size you will get 🤯

Packaging is horrible. Hats are not protected in the boxes and left to flop around. They put a little bubble wrap. All the other boutiques I order from have on point packaging and hats arrive secure and safe like. Kelly D’s Boutiue, Unique Perfections Boutique or Oceans of Time Boutique.

Tjody is not friendly or does not provide good customer service. She shipped the wrong hat and actually two wrong hats, but we are thinking they mixed up my moms and mine so we are waiting on hers to arrive in addition if you want to return it, they expect you to pay shipping for their MISTAKE!!!!!!!! I have never written a review before, I had an experience that rattled me so that I need to share. My sister and I visited festival of the little hills in St. Charles on Saturday and it was very crowded and hot. We drove down Fifth street saw what we thought was a place to pulling so we parked. There was a woman in the parking lot at the time moving trashcans around and saw us walking up the alley. When we finished our afternoon we walked back to the car, but no car.
