I was very upset with this place. I went into Mod for the first time and bought a few things. When I went to check out there were earrings on the counter. I asked the girl that was ringing me out the price of the earrings and she said they were on sale for $5. So I picked a pair out. After the transaction I thought my bill seemed high. Then I noticed that she charged me $20 for the the earrings instead of 5. So I told the cashier and she said that she would fix it and apologized. When she went to fix it she ended up giving me a $15 gift card instead my money back. She said she couldn't give me my money back because they are a small store. I said to her that I paid you cash and you made the mistake and yoy can't give me my money back and she said no. I couldn't believe that they run there store that way. Everything there is pretty expensive. So getting a $15 giftcard isn't going to buy really anything there. Therefore Id have to spend evwn more money there. Plus I live about 40 minutes from...

The three ladies that helped me yesterday, we’re just AMAZING. I LOVE coming here to get dressed up by professionals on what would look good on me. They picked so many options I never would have thought to try. I ended up buying all most all the items they picked out for me! Every time I have a special occasion I come here to have them pick out a complete outfit. It’s always an amazing experience. They also showed me how multiple tops and bottoms work together so you have a completely different look. I loved how they showed me options with the work by day play by night by just switching the top or bottoms. This is my favorite place to go to have a me day. This store has had a glow up in telling you. I’ve been a MOD customer for about 3 years now and I love the clothes that’s no question. I visited this store because it was closer, but my first experience was AWFUL girls were snobby and rude pretty much started judging me the moment I stepped out of my vehicle. Now since gaining miles on going to the O’Fallon location I got directed back here to pick up some merchandise. Let me tell you complete turn around. The girls are fun and will be able to accommodate whatever needs you have. They will also give you the opportunity of online options or a better day when they will have greater restock, so you can get first dibs on some of those must haves.
