Kickin' it with Kava — Local services in Saint Charles

We went to St. Charles for the Oktoberfest. We've been wanting to try this Kickin' it with Kava cafe, so we stopped in. It was a cute little cafe with lots to look at. We each had a White Kratom. One with raspberry and one with watermelon. They were really good! The quality was excellent and the flavor was great. It may have even given us some much needed energy. It's hard to tell. I believe it was healthier than a soft drink. The owner and the girl behind the counter were very knowledgeable and friendly. The owner gave my husband an explanation of the different items on the menu. I loved that the owner's adorable dog was outside. I'd come again. It's a small local business that I feel good...

Great place to escape and meet others. Their selection of Kava and Kratom based drinks offer an amazing alternative to alcohol and other substances. Combined with the amazing and personable staff, I'd have to say this is my favorite place in Missouri thus far. They often get asked if there are illegal substances there, and I can vouch it is all legal for those that are concerned!

Unique experience. Will be going back for sure to try a different drink. I had the kratom drink with CBD in it. This particular one was advertised as pain relief and sedition or something like that. It did this indeed. All my back pain from my autoimmune disorders diminished for about 2 or 3 hours. I did feel very sedated but still functional. However I didn't feel very social.
