I purchased a couch that didn't fit my house. I tried to return it and was told that all sales were final, as clearly marked on my paperwork. I reminded the manager that I bought the couch over the phone with a credit card, and I had no paperwork. She said the policy was also in the paperwork that I received when the couch was delivered. I reminded her that I was out of town and that I and my help had received no paperwork. She refused to undo the deal. She offered to resale the couch at a lower price in about 6 weeks, but she would charge me about 40% of the lower sales price. This arrangement would allow her to make a profit twice on the couch! At the end of the day, her lack of paperwork and not telling me of her restrictive policy will cost me about $1,200. I’ve read old reviews and they compliment the manager, Lisa, on being friendly. Idk what happened in the last couple years but she’s not friendly anymore. Any questions are met with short, snarky answers, especially when she thinks rearranging the store is more important than having a polite conversation with a customer.
