Tanya's amazing! She went above & beyond. It was the best customer service I've ever had honestly. I came in a few months ago using gift cards for my transaction. I guess a couple of them were reading empty (my son used them prior) so no big deal I just used another card and went on with my day. I went in this morning and not only did Tanya recognize me but she saved those gift cards after all these months! She figured out the computer wasn't working that day and didn't show the amount on them until I had already left. So she held onto them in hopes I'd come back. I've never had this level of kindness from a stranger, I'm getting emotional just thinking about it🥹.    Read moreStaff need to be trained. Woman behind the counter unable to hear or pack a box up to standards. I asked for a row of butterscotch squares and she placed one in the box. Then I reminded her it was a row. She then puts in three in every which way loose in the box. I explained they needed to go the same way to fit 4 in a row. She had issues filling the box, finding product and never asked if I wanted it wrapped. She didn’t use Sees stickers and I felt I was training staff in proper compliance. If I couldn’t given the service a half a star… I would.
