DG Market — Local services in Saint Joseph

I will never step foot back in this Dollar General. They have the upmost DISRESPECTFUL Manager I have ever seen. She had a disagreement with another customer and instead of trying to diffuse the situation she added fuel to the already flamed fire and made the customer even madder. I think she said her name is Pat. Very Very Very rude and DISRESPECTFUL. I will make sure to spread the word on social media. It's no wonder you can't find or keep help. Well i was going to buy some tide pods and dryer sheets but my daughter needed to use the restroom. So as soon as we walked in i asked if she could use their bathroom and the older lady there told me no you need to go over to big lots and use their bathroom, mind you its 9:15 on a tuesday night so big lots was closed and every other store around. So i sent my fiance in to buy my things and we had to drive over to wendys just so my little girl could go potty. We will not be shopping...

Everytime I come in there is only one employee at the registers and the lines are long. They never open the other lane.. and their self check outs are just building dust.. Girl working the registers on 8-1-25 at 5:30 pm was rude I mention how this is a constant thing at this location and she tells me to leave, so I guess you guys dont want any business. They dont wear name tags so I can't even get their names!!!! Girl is more worried about talking to people than she is scanning...
