Everything gets a 1 star because of your racist staff. I don't know her name because I didn't personally deal with her this time, but you have an older woman with long hair in a pony tail and wearing glasses who was completely rude and racist to someone picking up a catering order on behalf of a PAYING CUSTOMER this morning (10/15/2025 7:30 am). The delivery girl was Spanish speaking, but gave the customers name (Ed something) and even showed the employee her phone so she could see the name for herself as well as pulled up a translator and had the employee read that through this entire interaction. The employee still repeatedly told her "I don't speak Spanish, I'm going to need it all in English" and then proceeded to ask this driver to tell her in English "every item in the order." I am a bilingual dasher. I pick up normal orders and catering orders often and have dealt with this specific woman myself on more than one occasion and each time, she has been pleasant. She has NEVER asked me what the items in any order were. She has never made me show my phone screen. She has never given me a hard time. I am also WHITE. She then shoved a white paper in this drivers face getting louder saying "IS THAT IT!?!?!" As the driver repeatedly said "Yes." I received the order I was there to pick up and then left the store...while this other driver was NOT given her order. She was sent outside of the store attempting to reach someone from her delivery platform about this interaction as well. I will never bring my family to this restaurant nor will I ever encourage anyone to eat here or order from here simply for watching this unfold. I don't believe in racism and simply won't tolerate it as a customer or as a delivery driver there ON BEHALF OF A PAYING CUSTOMER. I will also be reporting this to doordash in case the catering order was through them so they know how their driver was treated by this...

Just left there. As with other reviewers, we were seated immediately, got our drinks immediately and our order was taken immediately. For these reasons, we give this place one star. If there were negative stars, the remainder of our visit would get that. We waited 30 minutes for food, scrambled eggs, hash browns and pancakes, pretty basic stuff. And the restaurant was not crowded at all. The eggs, bacon and browns were cold. The eggs and bacon tasted like they were made yesterday. The bacon was rubbery. The eggs looked like they were scraped off the side of a pan. You could see just by looking at them that they were not good. Many things wrong here. First, those eggs should never have made it onto a plate. Second, the wait staff should have seen those eggs and NOT served them. Third, once we complained about them, part (or in this case) all of our meal should have been comped. Now, onto the wait staff. The lady who took our order was friendly, as were we. Never saw her again though. No one came to our table to ask how we were doing. Not once. The tables on both sides of us were checked on multiple times. Only when were finished did the 30 yr veteran (we heard her tell another table she'd been there 30 yrs) come by to pick up our plates. At that point, she asked how it was. We told her, she put on a puzzled look, apologized and that was the end of it. The only things we should have paid for were our drinks and the pancakes. Then we had to wait several minutes at the register to pay for this disaster if a breakfast. She didn't even ask how our meal was. No tips for anyone at this place. Last time it was a solid 1 ⭐. There was noted improvement this trip.

The server we had at our table was PHENOMENAL!!! What a rockstar she was. She made the dining experience well worth it. She is the reason the service is a solid 5⭐. The kitchen was slow, FOH was not packed (we entered during an exodus from the dinning room -- kitchen should have had adequate time to stock and prep if fully staffed) nor were there large tables. If I took into account the kitchen time for our plates I'd have given service 2⭐ but, as I've already stated, the server is the reason I gave a 5⭐ rating. The atmosphere was not the best. The FOH manager (older skinny lady long hair) was doing a lot of vocal grumbling about the sections needing better cleaned. She told the staff they needed to be cleaning -- perfectly fine I did that when I was a FOH manager and also a chef -- but instead of assisting the staff with appropriate accomodations ("good broom") she was cleaning the area herself while verbally complaining to the staff about there selves. This behavior was witnessed to be exemplified by the waitstaff. Our server asked multiple times for assistance with filling drinks while she was tending to the guests. Nobody assisted her. So for these reasons the atmosphere is a solid 2 ⭐. The food portions were quite small, smaller than in the past. The quality of the food was sub par, no consistency with serving temps (hot foods on the same plate were of varying degrees and the fryer oil needed changed out -- it was putting a smokey old oil flavor into the food).
