Chin Paradise Restaurant — Restaurant in Saint Joseph

Small hidden gem located in St Joseph MO. This Burmese owned small restaurant seems to fuse not only some of their own authentic dishes but a fusion of other Asian dishes as well. To start, we tried the Samosa appetizer, which was pretty good, I've never had this, so I would have to rate it a (4) out of my own tasting. I felt it could have had a bit more seasoning, but still a nice change of pace to anything else. For the main dish, I tried the Stir Fried Egg Noode with pork and veggies (5). I liked the portion size, plenty of ingredients, and the noodle had a nice smokey char flavor possibly off the wok. It also came with a small bowl of broth, which complemented the dish as well. The prices were fair, and due to their variety of dishes, I would consider visiting again sometime in the future. If you guys need a change of pace from the norm, go ahead and stop by. Oh, and one more thing when the waiting staff asks if you want your dish spicey, I suggest having it on the side. I love spicey dishes, but they are serious...

OMG! This was the most authentic Asian cuisine we've found yet! He had the Shoyu Ramen & I had the pork with bamboo shoots. It also came with a chicken broth that, well... I'm not typically much for soup besides Ramen, pho, broccoli cheese or loaded potato...but this was so flavorful I ate every bite. My pork was tender & crispy & I was not shorted on bamboo shoots (which I love) our server was kind, patient & friendly. The atmosphere was clean, uncluttered and relaxed. Highly recommend!

Update: we have been back several times since and tried almost everything on the menu. We have not been disappointed yet. Still one of the best Asian restaurants we have...

If you’re looking for the best sushi in St. Joe, look no further! This place is absolutely amazing, there’s fresh vegetables, generous portions, and incredible flavors that will keep you coming back for more. The portions are huge, beautifully presented, and totally worth every penny!
