Oct 2019, i bought a 24 pack to take as a gift to friend in D.C., a world traveler who fancies fine chocolates. She adored them. her spouse, who does not care for chocolates, found them to be a very, very good.
i don't know how i have never made a pilgrimage to this store before. these are by far the best chocolates in the twin cities, and could stand up to anything you find in SF or NYC. the quality of the ingredients are apparent, starting with the chocolate coating and the cream inside. the flavors are wonderfully balanced. so many choices. i can't wait to try the flavors that were not in season when we went.
i found the price reasonable, especially after traveling to every location for chocolates i could find in the twin cities that week. i saw sloppy handwork, cheap ingredients, & fillers for tidy sums. what a relief to find perfect looking truffles whose textures & flavors were bliss to eat at chocolate celeste.

According to serve safe you are creating ready to eat foods (RTE) and the sprinkles/toppings must be handled with gloves. Food Safety is the top priority of all food establishments it is imperative in a facility where products are prepared with products that remain at room temperature and never heated to 140 degrees or more. I find it odd that you feel the rules do not apply. This type of establishment has a potential to spread biological contaminates like Hep A, bugs that . Can you tell us your staff always washes their hands for 20 seconds with warm to hot water and soap after a lbathroom break, no, cause you are not in there to watch and should that be enough to protect your customers, no.
