You will not find better customer service. Each and every employee is knowledgeable, friendly, patient and willing to work with what your budget/needs are. I’ve never felt pressured to buy anything or shamed for asking questions.

Their pricing is on point. Super affordable per bottle pricing before you get into all the deals and discounts that they offer. I have never once paid “full price” for an item at Imperial, their weekend happy hour is incredible from 6-8 Fri-Sun the entire store is 20% off. They’ve got other deals everyday too, and a rewards program.

Their selection of liquids is top shelf. They carry some of the tastiest liquids that you will find in Minneapolis or St. Paul. Try the Pacha Mama line if you like fruity liquids.

I’ve been a loyal customer and have usually had a great experience here—the owner is friendly and knowledgeable, always offering thorough explanations of the products. However, lately I’ve noticed a very significant decline in the store’s inventory. The selection has become incredibly limited, with far fewer brands, flavors, and strength options available than before.

Another issue worth mentioning: although both Google and Yelp list this store as dog-friendly, that’s not actually the case. I brought a friend who had her dog with her, and the owner seemed immediately stressed and uncomfortable about it. My friend ended up having to leave, which was disappointing. What really surprised me, though, was the sudden shift in the owner’s demeanor. He gave me unexpected attitude, which was jarring given how warm he’s been in the past.

Given these changes, I think Midway is currently a better option. They consistently maintain strong stock levels and offer a much wider variety of products—more brands, more flavors, more strengths, and more...

I am so impressed with the Fantastic Service from Imperial. I was struggling with some rough news after a phone call, all the while I needed nicSalts. When I came in the store, (I believe Nate was the awesome guy's name) I was greeted and felt very welcome. I was informed of all the great choices of product (all premium and personally selected by informed employees who are consumers too). They have a tablet with extensive filter choices for your selection however I didn't even know they had that option until I had gone thru and selected and sampled many juices. I was so impressed with the personal and informative service I recieved, that it will be my main shop in the cities. I'm looking forward to Naked Nic Salts and Pacha Mama too..
