I just moved into the area and was super excited to try this place because the restaurant's atmosphere is really cute! I will say that getting into/exiting the parking space is difficult, but that's because it's literally on the busiest corner of Snelling and Selby. Otherwise I'd recommend it for it's coffee and baked goods.
I'd say the service is good- it's a mix of self-serve (getting your own drink and condiments), and plates are served to you if you're dining in. The service reminds me of Noodles & Company if that helps? Otherwise the people who work there are all friendly and casual, super great staff!
Aside from coffee, baked goods, and staff- if you're someone who enjoys savory and flavorful food, I wouldn't suggest the place as a lot of the entrees taste simple and bland. I do think there's a quality issue of dishes made from my two experiences of dining here (breakfast & lunch) where my partner paid $63 for two eggs, two small (dehydrated) sausage patties, and a small side of potatoes, followed by a dinner I had a different day of paying $43 for a side plate of green beans (which had several unplucked, half-cooked beans), and pasta.
If you're someone who enjoys more plain dishes, or has kids who are on the more picky side of eating, I'd actually recommend the place. Surprisingly, I think the restaurant does a good job catering to kid's food interests because of how simple the menu is, and if you're a parent looking to go out to dine with your kids (with hopes they'll eat from the menu), I would...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst off let me start by saying this was my first and last time EVER coming here. Also told my coworker who told me about this place as well as friends and neighbors about this trap. Ok I go in and order a burger and banana pudding. After 20 minutes I see people that came in after me eating so I tell the rude smart mouth KAREN itās been 40 minutes, she states itās only been 20 minutes ( remind you itās been longer thatās just when I realized it. I had to wait in line and order like my time doesnāt matter but over a half hour for a dry burger). She told me the screen went black ( only on my order now, remember people came in far after me enjoying their meal smh). After the smart mouth lady and the rudeness I just wanted my food so I had to wait another 10 minutes. I get to the car and my burger is basically BURT, DRY, bun thick and dry not toasted. I just threw the whole burger and little bag of chips away. Banana pudding had old dark bananas in it and was smashed in a cheap clear container that wouldnāt close. Patty and her team really need to get it together. That rude blonde needs to calm down or maybe itās just us people she has issues with. Overall disgusting Literally and the food sucks. Iām glad it was under $30. I wish I had just did my normal route over to NOTHING BUNDT CAKES AND MY BURGER NEXT DOOR TO...
