I ordered ahead at 6am on Saturday morning 11/27. I was brought to this location given that google pulls up this location as 300 snelling. I was in a rush on my way to work and Kindly asked if they would be able to make my coffee so I wouldn’t have to drive 13 mins away to 300 snelling. The young lady at the register (blonde) was extremely kind and said she would I just needed to show her my receipt, I did. I alerted the other young lady (dark brown hair- her name was something like Persian- not spelled accurately) that google maps pulls up this loc- just so they would know. Her response very rudely - “yea I already know there’s nothing I can do about it” to which I said “ okay my apologies just wanted you know for future customers” she rolls her eyes and begins speaking to her colleague. I didn’t know she already knew this so why are you upset with me?
Here’s the thing I work in hospitality and have even overseen a Starbucks. Never have I had this type of interaction at a Starbucks location. Going forward I hope this employee is addressed so other customers do not have this same experience. It really created a bad start to my Saturday!

Read moreI’m giving you guys 4/5 stars for service but I felt compelled to share my bad experience in this drive-thru—A woman in a dark red Ford Fusion cut in front of me (because of that lane gap between the drive-thru entrance & the parking lot left for people exiting the drive-thru & customers who have parked). I honked, usually if you do this, people realize their error & turn around to get back in line, but nope! She rolled down her window for a split second and yelled something at me, gave me no time to react and instead of ordering at the speaker like a considerate human being, she pulled up & ordered through the window. The barista accidentally gave her my drink & bakery item because he didn’t realize there was another car between since she didn’t order at the speaker! Instead of refusing my order, this horrible woman took it and continued making the world’s longest order! A frapp, more food, bottled water and 2 other drinks. Lady, I hope you see this, because you should be ashamed of your entitled, selfish behavior! Read moreIf you go during non peak hours you might get in- but who knows when those are- I've tried to get into their parking lot at 8AM on a weekday and at 3PM on a weekend and it is absolutely impossible. If there is a line of cars waiting to go through the drive thru you can't park. The lot's design is absolutely horrible. As you can see in Image 1 - The traffic flow introduced into the parking lot/ drive thru is odd/chaotic. It works well if there is not traffic or a few cars in the drive thru lane but more often than not the drive thru line is so long it goes out to Marshall. The thing I hated about the Starbucks location on Selby was that parking was hard to find around the area- This new location has a huge lot and huge parking potential, unfortunately this is RUINED by the drive thru window. The worst part about this- they put the drive thru overflow line behind a parking row, this means that if you go in there when there is no traffic and manage to park your car but while you're in the store a line forms- your car will be trapped until all the drive thru cars get through the line.
