UPDATE.. after leaving my initial review kind goods contacted me and told me I could bring the cartridge back to the store and they would replace it or refund my money. I took the cartridge back up there and they had me go outside with a battery of theirs, and when they saw that it didnāt work they replaced it with one that did. Very happy with the product and their service.
I purchased a $40 cartridge from Kind goods. This was my first time using this dispensary And I regret going there now. I bought a $40 pinpoint cartridge. I took it home and hit it twice. Went to bed that night woke up the next morning. Tried to hit it. It didnāt work. I switched batteries three different times trying to make sure it wasnāt the battery and it was not the battery. When I first put my review up, the company did respond back to the review. I emailed them at the email address provided. I also called the dispensary and left a voicemail because nobody answered and have not been contacted about a resolution since. Their responses come into the dispensary or Call, but the dispensary is not very close to my house so Iām not going to go in there without knowing the resolution. The dispensary had a really cool vibe and everybody there was nice, but if the product is defective or not quality it really doesnāt matter how nice the people are or what the vibe is like.
The company responded back to this review asking me to email them with further information. I did and nobody has responded. I also called the dispensary and didnāt get an answer but left a voicemail. The vibe of the dispensary is very cool and the people were very nice but the product so far and the customer service afterwards is one star. The response also states that I can come into the store and handle it in person, but I donāt know what their resolution is if I canāt speak to them and Iām about 20 miles from the dispensary so itās just not very convenient to drive back Not knowing what the outcome is going to be.
The vibe of this dispensary is very cool and welcoming. It smells like the best flower in the world as soon as you walk in the door. The staff was extremely friendly, which is the only reason that I gave it three stars because the cartridge that I bought for $40 Iāve hit it twice when I left there and it does not work now. Iāve put it on several different batteries and itās definitely the cartridge not the battery And Iām stuck with a full cartridge that I canāt smoke...

The product is good and the prices are fair. When there is less than 5 customers in the store its a pleasant experience to shop here. But there are some problems here. Excessive wait times being the biggest problem. This place is just incapable of being quick. When they are even somewhat busy, and they are busy often, the experience is less than pleasant. Even when the place is fully staffed, the staff have no sense of urgency. I appreciate that you want each customer to feel like they're getting one-on-one attention, but when I've been standing in line for 40 minutes and all the budtenders are still with the same customers they were with when I walked in, it feels like my time is being disrespected. Also, on multiple occasions I've seen employees finish helping a customer, then just walk away from their register and not come back when there is a line of customers waiting. I could understand if it was just one employee at a time doing this, like maybe they're going on break or something, but its like 3 or 4 at the same time. I've been standing in line waiting and watched the place go from 6 budtenders to 2 in a matter of minutes. No effort to get through the line of customers first. So are you sending multiple employees on break at the same time? If so, why are these breaks happening during rushes? Why does sending half your staff on break at the same time take priority over the line of customers standing in front of them? Again, this isn't something that's happened just once or twice, but rather it happens regularly when I visit. The budtenders themselves are friendly and helpful. I don't have bad interactions with them or anything like that. But when they are helping me, it feels slow, like they are taking way longer than they need to. I order one item and it takes them several minutes to ring it up. Then they have to wait for someone else to give them a receipt or sticker. I don't know what their workflow is supposed to look like, but as a customer, it looks like whatever workflow is in place is the enemy...

Yesterday was my birthday. After a long day of work I walked over to purchase an oz of flower and 3 carts. My phone died in line which was no big deal and also my own fault. I left, charged my phone, walked back to stand in line again. Luckily I walked because, when I returned I brought my dog to purchase dog treats just like I have 3 other occasions and they loved her and told me to bring her back. They also told me to enjoy that pre roll real quick and then come back and let them know how it (makes me feel) so thank goodness that I walked and did not drive. I say this simply because, they made me stand in line, turned me down because, of my dog and then advised me to use the drive thru. Like LITERALLY told me on camera to go get high and drive my truck. . . Mind you I suffer from Perthes Disease. I am in excruciating pain at this point and would just like to spend my money and go home in peace. This is also THE MOST absolute rare hip disease known to man on the planet and they sent me home a third time just to stand in line again for a 3rd time on my Birthday remind you while the security guard laughed and kept letting everyone in right in front of me. Mind you I have spent thousands of dollars at this establishment and I have always swore by them but, Mark my words the last thing I will ever be buying from here is a pack of papers and then, I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere because, yesterday made me decide to officially stop smoking after 21 years of smoking daily. Absolutely unbelievably terrible customer service. I can't believe they did me that dirty like that on my birthday. Root 66 and Kind Goods are the 2 Dispensaries that I will no longer give any dollar amount to ever. They need to learn how to treat people better. That's all that amounts up to. I will gladly spend my money...
