VB Selections (Discount Store) — Local services in Saint Charles

Hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The workers at this restock store were completely unprofessional—standing around laughing and talking to each other while customers were clearly waiting for help.

When I asked if I could try out one of the products, instead of a simple yes or no, I was yelled at like I did something wrong. It was completely unnecessary and honestly shocking. There was no respect, no patience, and zero effort to make customers feel welcome.
