the employees here are very friendly and respectful. there is one that is really nice. her name is natasha. she was employed at shop n save and just switched uniforms because it is now schnucks. she has helped me find what i was looking for multiple times.

the employees are very curtious to the customers' needs. they work very hard at granting the customers wishes.

this place is a grocery store but they also have personal care items. as well as masks and disinfectent wipes.

i like this place because it is basically a one-stop shopping place.

i think that they have a sign on the main entrance that say "masks required" but i dont really remember. and no, they dont enforce u wear a mask upon entry.

a good place for shopping alone or in small groups. i dont recommend groups more than 5 people tho. and if u have kids around 3-7 years old please watch them carefully because they like to put things in your cart when u are not lookin. and then u end up payin for whatever they throw in the cart. i know this because i did the same thing when i was younger.

anyways, the staff is very friendly. they want to help u and are very knowledgeable about where products are. if they cant find it, they will ask their co-workers or boss.

they have a deli which is in the back right corner of the store. the "already-prepared" food is delicious. my fave thing to get the macaroni salad. i think it has bacon in it. but i cant remember. that is what i recommend if u want a meal that is quick. a 1/2-pound or 1-pound container of macaroni salad. also i recommend the broccoli salad. it is very good. but i jist like broccoli.

they also have a bakery which is to the right of the deli in the back right corner of the store. the staff members back there are very friendly and are willing to listen to make ur experience perfect.

in the bakery, u can get a cake from the freezer \ fridge that is right next to the counter of have them make one for u fresh. they do allow u to pre-order on the schnucks website and go in later and pick it up.

its an awesome place to snack while shopping.

they have fridges at the checkout lanes with soda and coffee drinks. but i never get what i want because it is always gone by the time i go there. they do "do" rein checks for certain items but not sure if they do it for sodas and fridgerated coffee drinks. u have to ask if they do if there is something u want and its not available that day.

what else can i say about my fave grocery store? hmmmmmm........

I feel sorry for the employees that work for this store. The checkers are wonderful with great customer service, however, their managers or customer service managers are horrendous. They recently humiliated me because I dared asked about a price check. The lady was rude and turns out she was wrong. I wasn't even protesting paying the higher price but just asked since it did not agree with the sign. the poor checker was embarrassed and continued to apologize for his manager's performance. the entire line of people were waiting while she proceeded to embarrass me about something that she was wrong. All I could do was stand there and hope that it would be over soon. Never going to shop there again.

In addition, the restrooms are disgusting. Feces on the walls and stalls and it looks like there have never...

Usually good prices, but lately more product has been close too or at sell date. Went tonight, grabbed a quick cook meal and not only was the chicken I grabbed out of date, but the other two that the cashier brought back were also. She was very kind in letting me know because it wouldn't ring up, walking down there and getting them, wasting her time, my time and everyone else in line. I would hope that the "butchers" in the meat department would make sure that what is being sold isn't "outdated" to the point the point of sale system will not even allow it. I'm assuming the manager that was on duty that said "I'll take care of it" really meant that.... not the first time I've had expired, and yes moldy, food from this store... just a word of caution, carefully buy because they dont know how to...
