I was very excited about this new Wingstop location as it was closer than the other locations I order from in the St. Charles area. I placed my order around 8:30pon Friday and it was ready to pick up anround 9. After receiving my food, I checked it and the order was incorrect. I expressed this to the guy working at the counter and he went to go grab another guy for me to tell him the same thing. I receive no expression of remorse and little to no interaction regarding the issue. I was let down by this experience. I would say the staff lacks little to no skills of customer service and would consider going to other wing stop location, until this location gets it together. Went today, right at opening, and saw how they did. The restarant was not busy (1 dine in, 1 take out ahead of me, 1 behind me) and had 3 employees full engaged.
Greeted when I walked in which was great. Order as ready on time as well. I especially appreciate that is was not ready super early so it would have sat on the rack.
That said the order was 3 items, 2 wing combos and the 5-piece corn. Given how the staffing was perfectly adequate for the low volume of orders they still forgot the corn.
Aside from the forgotten item the food was good. Though the mix on the Dr Pepper was off leaving it very "seltzery."
