From the ratings already posted it looks like my experience with this location is not the only one that thinks this place of business is sub standard and obviously it appears that nobody even cares.
My experience was on 2/27/19 at approximately 2:00pm. I took my sons drone (Christmas Gift) in a box (factory) to this location. After waiting in line for about 15 to 20 minutes an associate (Matthew) opened up for service. I informed Matthew that I needed to send the drone to Olathe, Kansas. Matthew was openly complaining to another female associate that his computer was running slow and the female associate made a comment that there internet was insufficient and that USPS didn’t care to fix it. Matthew then acted puzzled about me needing to send my package. He asked what shipping options I wanted to use without informing of the different options. I reinterate that I needed my package sent to Olathe Kansas. He then said I needed a additional box. I said ok what box when he pointed at boxes behind me. I grabbed a box that would fit the package then he complained that the item would move around too much. Then he asked me if I was going to tape the box. At that time I left the location and went to the nearest Fedex. Was in and out in 5 minutes that included them actually getting me the things I needed to safely ship my package next business day for less that USPS was going to charge if they could actually pull their head out and help a customer.
Lastly it is obvious why this company is sinking. Incompetent people that have no desire to actually listen to their customers and provide a solution in a timely manner. And a company that does not provide their associate with the tools to efficiently do their job.
My only experience with this company that is acceptable is the person who delivers my daily mail at my home address. She always has a smile...
Read moreWhen entering the post office on woodstone drive in st.peters Missouri with my two young sons we were greeted with a very sweet hello from my oldests former teacher. Upon entering we continued to converse about the up coming school year and how excited she was to be one of my youngest's new teachers. As I was checking out at the register my oldest excitedly told the man at the counter...did you know we just saw my teacher here? She is right in line over there, pointing to the line. In return with a VERY RUDE TONE he replied well maybe she didn't want to see you. He said what? Maybe she did NOT want to see you he said louder. My son proclaimed actually she was very happy to see us. I back him up and said thats right she was happy she loves you guys. I then said sternly HOW MUCH IS IT?! As soon as I left I called the supervisor. Not sure if she even actually cared but I DO!! I bit my tongue while in there as to not cause a scene in front of my kids teacher but NEXT TIME I WILL NOT HESITATE!! I have been there quite a few times when this man is working and he is always very short and RUDE TO EVERYONE!!! Ive even seen him be Horrible to his coworkers. He needs a class on Custom Service and Social Skills!! The postal service is becoming obsolete and FedEx/UPS are taking over because people don't want to wait in line to get horrible service!! This person should be put in the back sorting mail or delivering. Where he doesn't get to interact with the Public. Read moreThis is by far the worst service I have ever received. And I feel extremely discriminated against this postal office has been returning my mail even though my name is in the mailbox along with my family members that live in the house and we have not been getting our mail for months. I moved here from Minnesota and I've been slowly transferring all of my information over and all of these companies including my church that is St Louis based have been telling me that they've mailed things months ago and we've never received it. It took my church showing me the piece of mail that they wrote return on to know that this post office was not giving me my mail. I know that it's a federal offense to interfere alter or open someone's mail so I need to know who can I talk to above their office to get this rectified? A few items my tabs from Minnesota that were $300 never made it to me they verified they mailed it and verified my address was correct. My bank mailed me a replacement card verify the address I never received the card. Please explain to me what type of establishment is this that allows people to play with your mail that is federally covered? Something needs to be done and I will find out what that's something is!!!
