Horrible. Ive been going to this location for a few months now and at first there was never a problem. I usually don't write bad reviews but this place deserves it. First off I going to say that I worked at little Caesars a few years back and know when corners are cut and when they are not. Both my wife and I are very upset with this particular location.
My wife walks in and orders a deep dish pan pizza expecting to get a normal deep dish pan pizza where the dough is stretched the full length of the pan but instead open the box to find two cheese bread size mini pizzas inside. If we are paying $10.20 something for a deep dish with two toppings then i want a deep dish with two toppings. This is the third time we have received our pizza this way from this particular location. Plus this particular time my wife specified that she wanted it made proper this time before it was made and they then did it this way in spite of her. When she received her pizza it was split into to smaller cheese bread sizes. They then called my wife a liar and said they always made their deep dishes this way and this girl stated she was the store manager and my wife was indeed a liar. Bologna!
Again I by myself went to purchase a couple pizzas and crazy bread. Knowing the shortcuts from being a teenager at the time of working for little Caesars, I was not wanting stale crazy bread and card board 3 hour old hot-n-readies so i asked for fresh made pizzas and bread. I then watched as the girl behind the counter walks behind the hot-n-ready rack and pulls out a hot-n-ready instead of the front and set it on the prep station as if they just pulled it out of the oven and then grabs crazy bread from the the hot rack as does the same. Watching she continues to take orders from customers and the whole while im watching this stack knowing its for me. Then my one non pepperoni/sausage/or cheese pizza comes out of the oven and they box it up and set the crazy bread and hot-n-ready on top of the fresh pizza and bring it to the counter and hand it to me. I told them what they did and they swore up and down it was fresh.
These are the same tricks I used to pull when i worked there. Im writing this hoping the owner or REAL store manager will take note on these tactics because they are unprofessional and immature not to mention my wife was thoroughly mocked in front of all the other customers and employees as if she was just a...
Read moreI ordered from this location last week to feed my sons team before their game. If you have kids you know how hungry they are after school. I spent over $60 and set it up for delivery. I was upset when I realized that only a few of the boys are eating. When I asked why they weren’t all having pizza. My son angrily responded that I didn’t order the pizzas they voted on. I ordered two of the pretzel pizzas with the crazy bread and sauce on the side, a Detroit, deep dish, pizza, all meat, a thin crust, sausage, pepperoni pizza, a 2 liter of Pepsi, and various sauces on the side. What the delivery person left was the Detroit deep dish, pizza, both sides of breadsticks, the marinara sauce, and the various dipping sauces. Even though I requested that the food was handed directly to me it was placed on my doorstep. I made several attempts to reach out to the store with no success. The calls are going to an automated voice message system with no voicemail set up to leave a message. The next day when I called again an employee answered the phone and upon my asking to speak to the manager, he goes “they wanna talk to you”. Then, the phone hung up and they have not answered since. I reached out to another location that is owned by the same franchisee. I left a message for them to contact me back. That was last Friday, and I have not heard from them. I don’t know if the delivery person kept the pizza or how the confusion was created but I feel that someone should’ve gotten back to me by now. The true victims of this were the young men that didn’t get to eat before their game. However, this customer service is literally non existent and needs to be better. I personally would never order from there again. Unless, do you like to drive down the highway tossing $20 bills...
Read moreEven 1 star is too much. I went in last night and was met with rudeness and disdain for even being there. The young guy working there acted annoyed that i was there. I asked him what time do they close? He was very flat in his response. "30 minutes'. I apologized for coming in so late but my family is hungry. After my order the young man proceeded to get two over the phone orders. He then walks to the back and yells for Will. Will and another young lady comes from the back . Will looks at me and says "Why...WHY?'. The young lady then yells at Will to " stop being ignorant". The phone rings 3 more times and Will answers the phone , ignorantly yells " We are closed " and proceeds to finish making pizzas. Will continues to keep talking smack apparently because the young lady continues to tell Will to stop being ignorant. In walks another customer. He was met with the same disdain and ignorance as I. The customer asked for a certain type of pizza and the young man told him " you already pointed at it so obviously we have it" . How is the customer supposed to know what he pointed at?. About 2 minutes later another young kid came in and hollered for Will. (the kids name was Will also) . The manager Will came from the back to talk to this kid and the proceed to get into a play fist fight right the lobby. I looked up and saw cameras positioned everywhere and hoped someone would be able to see this at some point. I wish i had seen the recent reviews of this place before i had come in. We have bought our pizzas here several times before and never had a problem until now. Heads up, GO...
