Have to say that out of all of the Starbucks I’ve frequented over my many years, the experience at this one is a letdown more times than not. I frequent this location looking for a fresh cup of coffee one day a week - same time, same day, every week before I got to an appointment. Just needing a place to unwind for 30 minutes after work, drink a cup of coffee, before my meeting begins. And on almost every single visit, I’m met with an attitude and leave the counter feeling like I’m a bother to the business. There’s nothing worse as a customer. On top of that, they seem to always serve me old, luke warm coffee that’s been sitting around for who knows how long. I’m not asking for anything special here - just a hot, fresh cup of coffee. Not freshly-made either, just fresh! Apparently that’s too much to ask an hour and a half before they close. Today, after many luke warm coffees, and passive aggressive attitudes, week after week and not saying anything, I finally decided to bring it to their attention. The manager (I think) apologized and requested the barista who waited on me in the first place, make a fresh cup. Instead of doing that, he basically serves me the same like warm coffee over AGAIN. When I politely voice my dissatisfaction with this cup, the manger suggested again he make a fresh cup of coffee, and I’m then met with more attitude from the barista. At this point, I’m over it and walk out as he begins to make a fresh cup. They can keep my $3 dollars and will go to another location. This...
Read moreDue to location near my residence I have been coming here for years. Parking here has always been a little hassle especially during heavy drive through ours. Since there is not much parking I almost 80% of time end up parking illegally at nearby business. I'm a grab a coffee and go person so it works out, but needs improvement. Inside is usually packed by students during peak hours. Which sucks. They should go to library or something to free up the place for folks who want to sit down for a minute in order to enjoy their cup of coffee! Place went trough remodeling just recently. So I decided to stop by to stock up on my favorite bags of coffee. When I walked in I walked in I was unpleasantly surprised how little room this place still has. Everything proportionally has been reduced in size. Individual tables are small with little chairs. Tiny lounge they had is replaced by child sized chairs ridiculous comfort ..... Not! (See attached image) I think they are trying make this place mostly as drive through. Poor effort. Since drive through here is not good and when it's busy other customers can't leave their parking spots. I am sure Starbucks can do better job. This place gets no more than 2.5 stars! PROS: Good location Friendly (to extent) stuff Standard quality beverages CONS: Small place Tiny parking lot Not easy to get in and out during morning rush Not enough interior seating Uncomfortable...
Read moreThis is always my go to Starbucks due to the location and the staff. They are always kind and happy to help you and chat with you while they make your drink. I frequent them on weekend evenings to get some writing done and they are always asking how I'm doing and how life is going.
The whole team is just awesome and they know their drinks are on point. Even when they are busy in drive thru, they still have smiles on their faces and do their best to get you taken care of quick whether you're in store or in drive through.
All around awesome. Someone was complaining about the single bathroom, but honestly, if you rate a place based on the availability of the bathroom, I think you have bigger issues. Same with parking. There's parking all over the place outside of the lot. If you're really cranking for some coffee, park in one of the spaces in the alley if you're going in quick. It's not hard, people.
It is a little small in comparison to other Starbucks I have seen, but honestly, it feels much less like a Starbucks franchise and more like a locally owned store. The size makes it cozy and the atmosphere is always chill and happy.
Anyways, this Starbucks beats out any of the others I have had in 4 different countries and 8...
