Ordered a square D breaker to come in on that next Monday. It didn’t come in on that Monday nor did I receive a phone call. I called on Tuesday and talked to Matt, who the order was placed with, and he put me on hold to check status. After being on hold quite some time the phone hung up. I called right back this time John answered. He said that Matt wasn’t there and went to the bank. Told him I was on hold with Matt and asked why Matt would leave me on hold and leave the building? Anyway, canceled the order and they charged my account anyway!!! Had to call back and get refund. Still waiting for that. Would never recommend...

Great place to do business with! We were adding some new equipment to our printing shop and not getting anywhere with HD, or Lowes. Stopped by City and they went out of their way to find a way to make what I needed work. I don't have an account with them and don't have a need for electrical supplies often, but they treated me like I was their best customer.
