Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Saint Petersburg

This is a shot out to the great staff over at 3030 22nd N, and special kudos to the team working 1/2/25, Especially Marquis and Logan - a solid team hustle and cusomr service (and not the zero personality, robotic kind either :)

I just moved to the area March 2024. I usually take it upon myself to recognize goodness, kindness, humbleness and selfishness at ANY Business, especially the suffering restaurant industry. I am a bit more "empathetic ally-reasonable", when it comes to the awareness of the factual reality; not the actor realities people pretend their realities to be. This staff should be praised!

I used to manage my own Popeyes store and co-manage other stores. I know what it's like to only have others to take an interest in stating & embellishing a horrible experience - even having a patron try to record you hoping to make you look bad. We'll, Marquis and Logan both rose to the challenge...

I had a hard time finding great pizza - and then finding the great pizza worth the price, no less. Its never anything positive.i have tried pizza all over the Tampa, Riverview to St. Petersburg and Clearwater pizza spots. Finally, I just decided to see if Little Caesars was going to be at least average - Imagine my surprise when I ordered 10 pizzas, 2x Pizzas per order - over 6 weeks and they were all PHENOMENONAL! Especially after trying other famous spots like Pizza Hut and Domino's, which were not impressive each time. The cheese didn't even "string" when hot. The Domino's did get stringy, at least the first night. After which, it didn't taste like cheese.

Here is the thing - this spots pizzas were Perfect, until my 7th order. Now, this could be anything as to why I didn't get the actual extra cheese, things happen, and no one is perfect. If you expect everyone to be perfect at everything they do at every moment, your not human and lack life experience. I called twice, spoke to Logan and Marquis each one time. One to let them know I planned to place the order and another time when I had an issue with my card.

They ensured my order was ready in 10 minutes, that it had been baked perfectly and didn't scoff, or anything when I had to place it over the phone, which isn't too common these days. When I picked up the pizza, they both had a solid team vibe, and coordination with the other employees too.

If your looking for great pizza, that tastes good, won't break the bank - topped off with great customer service, hit up 3030 22nd Ave N., St Pete, FL. I wouldn't even trust gambling my money on some fancy pizza place you have never tried. I've wasted too much money on some, only to either not care for it, it doesn't taste as well when rebaked/reheated, or the ingredients are just a bit "overboard".

Kids saved money to buy 2 Hot-N-Ready Classic pizza's for a sleep over. The cashier rang them up and the girls came back to the car disappointed that they didn't have enough money. I went back inside with them to find out why there was a price discrepancy. I was told by the cashier that they didn't have 2 classic so she took it upon herself to charge them for a higher prices pizza. I asked the girls if they were told this and they all said NO. I asked the cashier if they were making any more of the classic pizza and she said yes but it will be about 15min. I asked the cashier why didn't she informed the girls of the wait and get them what they ordered instead of trying to charge them for something they did not order? She had no replies and when I asked for her name she turned and walked away. The only thing classic about this location is the Classic Bait-N-Switch. I used this incident as a teaching moment for the girls and also explained that if the cashier didn't have what you ordered she should have informed them and let them make there own decision and/or if the cashier was to present you with Another pizza it should have been at the price of the pizza you ordered....That would be Classic Customer Service. Shame on you trying to take advantage of middle school Children. This is a owner/Management problem. We...

NEVER AGAIN!!! Every single time I have decided to give this particular location a chance it's been the worst customer service I have ever received. There are 2 young boys that work there every time they are working it's seems to take them 20 mins to make 1 pizza. Me and one other person waited over 20 mins for 1 pizza they we're even there before me so I can only imagine how long they had waited in total to the point they asked for a refund. Then another time when I waited so long a woman came in to pick up her order she came in and placed with them over 20 mins before and they couldn't find her order even though she paid for it they never even made the order. It's always the same 2 boys I'm surprised this location is still Even open. I will say there has been times where I have received great customer service and fast but with this particular night crew they have just HELL NO!!! They act like they don't even want you there let alone they dont want to be there. When they are working you will know just take the extra trip to the next location cause it will be a lot faster than the service you...
